Bakalaura darbā “Piesaistība noziedzīgam nodarījumam” tiek apskatīta piesaistības institūta vēsturiskā attīstība ārvalstīs un pašreizējās Latvijas teritorijā, aplūkots piesaistības noziedzīgam nodarījumam jēdziens saistībā ar dažādu autoru viedokli. Darbā aplūkota nepieciešamība nodalīt piesaistību no līdzdalības, iespējams iepazīties ar piesaistības noziedzīgam nodarījumam veidiem - iepriekš neapsolītu slēpšanu, neziņošanu par noziedzīgu nodarījumu un noziedzīga nodarījuma pieļaušanu, ka arī iepazīties ar tiesu praksi šajās lietās un ārvalstu regulējumu attiecībā uz piesaistību noziedzīgam nodarījumam. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot piesaistības noziedzīgam nodarījumam jēdziena būtību, tiesu viedokli ar piesaistību noziedzīgam nodarījumam saistītās lietās, kā arī noskaidrot dažādu valstu pieeju piesaistības institūta regulējumam kriminālatbildību regulējošās tiesību normās. The bachelor's thesis “Accessory to a crime” looks at the historical development of the institute of accessory in foreign states and in the territory of current Latvia, examining the concept of accessory to a criminal offence in relation to the views of the various authors. The work looks at the need to separate the accessory to a crime from complicity, it is possible to familiarise itself with the types of accessory to a crime of attachment - previously unpromised concealment, non-reporting of a criminal offence and the admission of a criminal offence, and to familiarise themselves with the case law in these cases and foreign regulation regarding the accessory to a criminal offence. The aim of the work is to clarify the nature of the concept of accessory to a criminal offence, the views of the courts in cases relating to the accessory of a criminal offence, and to clarify the different national approaches to the regulation of the Institute of accessory to a crime in the rules governing criminal liability.
