Pierādījumi parādu piedziņas procesā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir “Pierādīšana parādu piedziņas procesā”. Tā mērķis un galvenais uzdevums ir izpētīt parādu piedziņas procesā izmantojamos pierādīšanas līdzekļus, konstatējot, kādi faktori ietekmē parāda atgūšanu nekustamo īpašumu apsaimniekošanas jomā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, kopsavilkuma un izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta. Darba izstrādes procesā tika pētīti Latvijas Republikas normatīvie akti, zinātniska literatūra, publikācijas žurnālā “Jurista vārds” un tiesu prakse. Bakalaura darba uzdevumi: •Izpētīt parāda piedziņas veidus; •Apkopot informāciju par parāda piedziņas procesā izmantojamiem pierādīšanas līdzekļiem; •Analizēt parāda piedziņas īpatnības nekustamo īpašumu pārvaldīšanas jomā; Bakalaura darba rezultātā autore apkopos secinājumus un izteiks ierosinājumus, kā efiktivizēt parādu piedziņas procesu nekustamo īpašumu pārvaldīšanas jomā. The bachelor's thesis is titled "Evidence in debt collection process". The aim and the main task of the bachelor's thesis is to study means of proof used in the debt collection process, determining what factors affect the debt recovery in the field of real estate management. The bachelor's thesis consists of the introduction, three chapters, the summary and the list of used literature and sources. In the process of elaboration of the thesis, the normative acts of the Republic of Latvia, scientific literature, publications of the journal “Lawyer Name” and court practice were studied. Tasks of the bachelor's thesis: •Explore ways to recover debts •Collect information on the means of proof used in the debt recovery process •To analyze characteristics of the debt recovery in the field of real estate management As the outcome of the bachelor's thesis, the author will summarize the conclusions and propose suggestions how to improve the debt recovery process in the field of real estate management in the more efficient way.
