Izpratnes veidošanās par veselīgu dzīvesveidu vecākā pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem

Abstract

Darba Autore: Jana Ūdre Darba nosaukums: Izpratnes veidošanās par veselīgu dzīvesveidu vecākā pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem Pētījuma mērķis: analizēt teorētiskās atziņas par veselīgu dzīvesveidu un pirmsskolēnu attīstību, pētīt vecākā pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu izpratni par veselīgu dzīvesveidu, tā veidošanu pirmsskolā. Uzdevumi: 1.Analizēt teorētisko literatūru par veselīga dzīvesveidu, tā izpratni vecākā pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem. 2.Raksturot bērnu attīstību pirmsskolas vecumposmā. 3.Pētīt 5-6 gadīgu bērnu izpratni par veselīga dzīvesveidu un veicināt to, analizēt pētījuma rezultātus un izstrādāt ieteikumus skolotājiem. Bakalaura darbam ir divas daļas – teorētiskā un empīriskā. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tika analizēta un pētīta dažādu autoru atziņas par veselīga dzīvesveida nozīmi, veidošanos vecākā pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem. Pētnieciskajā darbībā tika atlasīti kritēriji bērnu izpratnes veidošanās par veselīgu dzīvesveidu, ņemot vērā vecumposma attīstības likumsakarības. Kritērijiem tika izstrādāti līmeņi, ar kuru palīdzību tika vērtēta bērnu izpratne par veselīgu dzīvesveidu pirms un pēc pedagoģiskās izmēģinājuma darbības. Pētījuma rezultātā iegūtie dati liecina par to, ka liela loma ir tam, kā pedagogs ar bērniem iekārto mācīšanās vidi un kopā ar bērniem organizē rotaļnodarbības. Secinājums: izpratne par veselīgu dzīvesveidu bērniem veidojas, ja viņi piedalās savas mācīšanās vides iekārtošanā un rotaļnodarbību organizēšanā. Bakalaura darba saturs ietver: 47lpp, 5 tabulas, 14 attēlus, 45 literatūras avotus. Atslēgas vārdi: izpratnes veidošana, veselīgs dzīvesveids, pedagoģiskā darbība.

The bachelor thesis has two parts – theoretical and empirical. In the teoretical part of the work, the insights of various authors about the meaning of a healthy lifestyle were studied, and the part of older preschool children was analized. In the research activity, criteria were selected for the formation of children's understanding of a healthy lifestyle, taking into account the regularities of the development of old age. Levels were developed for the criteria, with the help of which children's understanding of a healthy lifestyle was evaluated before and after the pedagogical pilot activity. The data obtained as a result of the research show that the way the teacher arranges the learning environment with the children and organizes play activities together with the children plays a big role. Conclusion: children's understanding of a healthy lifestyle is formed if they participate in setting up their learning environment and organizing play lessons.
