Līdera prasmju veicināšana pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē
Abstract
Bakaulara darba tēma ir “Līdera prasmju veicināšana pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē”. Pētījuma izvirzītais mērķis ir, analizējot zinātnisko literatūru un veicot pedagoģisko vērojumu darbību, izstrādāt ieteikumus bērna līdera īpašību sekmēšanai pirmsskolas izglītības grupā. Bakalaura darbā ir apkopota Latvijas un ārzemju literatūras avoti, izzinātas līdera īpašības un to prasmju pilnveidošana. Empīriskajā daļā autore vēro un dod uzdevumus x pirmsskolas izglītības iestadē. Pētījumā piedalījās 12 pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes audzēkņi, no tiem 7 meitenes un 5 zēni. Pētījums tika sadalīts četros posmos un katram posmam tika noteikti konkrēti uzdevumi. Pētījuma rezultātā apstiprinās izvirzītā hipotēze: bērna līdera īpašības tiek sekmētas, ja tiek veicināta spēcīga personība, nodrošināta iespēja uzņemties risku un atbildību. Darba apjoms ir 59 lpp, 4 pielikumi, divas nodaļas un empīriskā daļa. The aim of the research is to develop recommendations for promoting the child's leadership qualities in the preschool education group by analyzing the scientific literature and conducting pedagogical observations. In the Bachelor's work, Latvian and foreign literary sources are collected, the qualities of a leader and the improvement of their skills are explored. In the empirical part, the author observes and gives tasks in x preschool educational institution. 12 students of this preschool educational institution participated in the study, of which 7 were girls and 5 were boys. The study was divided into four stages and specific tasks were set for each stage. As a result of the research, the proposed hypothesis was confirmed: the child's leadership qualities are encouraged if a strong personality is promoted, the opportunity to take risks and responsibility is ensured. The volume of the work are 59 pages, 4 appendices, two chapters and an empirical part. Key words: leader, skills, characteristics, development
