Izglītības iestāžu vadības modelis skolas kultūras attīstībai

Abstract

Maģistra darba “Izglītības iestāžu vadības modelis skolas kultūras attīstībai” pētījuma mērķis ir pētīt skolas kultūru veidojošos nosacījumus un izglītības iestādes vadības stila būtību tās attīstībā. Maģistra darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek paskaidrots, kas ir izglītības iestāžu vadības stili un to raksturojošās iezīmes. Otrajā nodaļā tiek raksturota organizācijas kultūra un teorētiski paskaidrota vadības stila nozīme organizācijas kultūrā. Savukārt, trešajā nodaļā ir skolas vadības stila ietekmes uz skolas kultūru empīriskā izpēte, kas atspoguļo divu skolas vadītāju viedokļus, kas noskaidroti ar kvalitatīvo izpētes metodi – interviju. Kā arī maģistra darbā tiek izmantota kvantitatīvā metode – aptaujas, lai noskaidrotu skolotāju un vecāku viedokli par organizācijas kultūru un vadības stila ietekmi uz to. Pētījumā tiek izmantota arī dokumentu analīze, lai noskaidrotu abu skolu mērķus, uzdevumus un citus kritērijus, kas saistās ar iestādes kultūru. Maģistra darba pētījuma rezultātā tiek izstrādāts modelis, kas palīdzēs vadītājiem organizēt izglītības iestādē labvēlīgu skolas kultūru. Darbā ir 14 tabula, 27 attēli un 6 pielikumi.

The aim of the study of the Master's thesis "Management Model of Educational Institutions for the Development of School Culture" is to study the conditions forming the school culture and the nature of the management style of the educational institution in its development. The master's thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter explains what the management styles of educational institutions are and their characteristics. The second chapter describes the organizational culture and theoretically explains the importance of management style in the organizational culture. On the other hand, in the third chapter, there is an empirical study of the influence of the school management style on the school culture, which reflects the opinions of two school leaders, which were ascertained with the qualitative research method - an interview. Also, the master's thesis uses a quantitative method - surveys to find out the opinion of teachers and parents about the influence of organizational culture and management style on it. The research also uses document analysis to find out the goals, tasks and other criteria of the two schools that are related to the culture of the institution. As a result of the research of the Master's thesis, a model is developed that will help managers to organize a favorable school culture in an educational institution. The work contains 14 tables, 27 images and 6 appendices.
