Abstract

DupureV. Mācību tēmas “Dažādu materiālu atliešana veidnē” apguve dizainā un tehnoloģijās 4.klasei. Diplomdarbs. Rīga: LU Pedagoģijas, psiholoģijas un mākslas fakultāte, 2022. gads, 76. lpp. Atslēgas vārdi: atliešana veidnē, dizains un tehnoloģijas, šokolāde, 4.klase. Darbs ir veikts par šokolādes kā materiāla atliešanu veidnēs. Darba izstrāde veikta 4.klasē, balstoties uz Dizains un tehnoloģijas 1. – 9. klasei mācību priekšmeta programmas paraugu. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt mācību tēmas “Dažādu materiālu atliešana veidnē” apguves iespējas dizainā un tehnoloģijās 4.klasē, izveidot mācību saturu, aprobēt to praksē un analizēt iegūtos rezultātus. Pētījuma teorētiskajā daļā ir izpētīti normatīvie dokumenti, mācību programmas paraugs, literatūras avoti par šokolādi un tās apstrādes tehnoloģiju. Praktiskajā daļā izveidots tematiskais plāns mācību tēmai “Dažādu materiālu atliešana veidnē”, plānojot šokolādes kā materiāla atliešanu veidnēs. Veikta pedagoģiskā izmēģinājuma darbība, aprobēts izveidotais tematiskais plāns 4. klasē. Rezultātā secināts, ka šokolāde kā materiāls, ko atliet veidnē ir praktiski ērti pielietojama skolā un ar to var veicināt mācības tēmas apguvi.

The work is done on the casting of chocolateas a materialinmoulds. The work was developed in the 4th grade, based on the sample curriculum of the subject Design and Technology for the 1st - 9th grades. The aim of the research is to study the possibilities of learning the study topic “Castingofdifferentmaterialsinthemoulds” indesignandtechnologies in the 4th grade, to create the study content, to test it in practice and to analyze the obtained results. In the theoretical part of the research, normative documents, a sample of the study program, sources of literature on chocolate and its processing technology are studied. In the practical part, a thematic plan for the study topic “Casting different materialsin a mould” iscreated, planningthepouringofchocolateas a materialinmoulds. Thepedagogical test activity has been carried out, the developed thematic plan in the 4th grade has been approbated. As a result, it is concluded that chocolate as a material, which is pouredinto a mould, ispracticallyeasy to use at school and can promote the learning of the subject.
