Tekstilnozares speciālistu integrēšana profesionālajā izglītībā

Abstract

Maģistra darba izveides mērķis ir apzināt tekstilnozares speciālistu integrēšanas iespējas profesionālajā vidējā izglītībā un, sniegt priekšlikumus profesionālajām izglītības iestādēm un nozares uzņēmumiem. Pētījuma dizains – aprakstošais pētījums. Teorētiskajā daļā analizēta teorija un atziņas par profesionālo izglītību Latvijā un Eiropā, un, iespējām profesionālajā vidējā izglītībā tekstilnozarē. Empīriskajā daļā veikts tekstilnozares speciālistu integrēšanas veidu izvērtējums, aptaujāti tekstilnozares speciālisti un skolotāji un, intervēti tekstilnozares uzņēmumu vadītāji un profesionālās izglītības iestādes vadītājs. Pētījuma rezultāti pierāda, ka tekstilnozares speciālistu integrēšana profesionālajā izglītībā var uzlabot tekstilnozares profesionālās izglītības kvalitāti. Maģistra darbu veido 4 nodaļas, 13 apakšnodaļas, secinājumi, priekšlikumi, bibliogrāfija un pielikumi.

The master’s thesis is devoted to identifying opportunities for the integration of textile professionals into vocational secondary education and to making proposals to vocational education institutions and industry. The main scientific method in the research is descriptive design method. The theoretical part analyzes the theory and knowledge about vocational education in Latvia and Europe, and the opportunities for vocational secondary education in the textile sector. The empirical section carried out an assessment of the forms of integration of textile specialists, interviews of textile specialists and teachers, and interviews with the heads of textile companies and the head of a vocational education institution. The results of the study show that the integration of textile specialists into vocational education can improve the quality of vocational training in the textile sector. The Master's work consists of 4 chapters, 13 subchapters, conclusions, proposals, bibliography, and annexes.
