Atbalsta sistēmas veidošana pedagogiem Rīgas X pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma – “Atbalsta sistēmas veidošana pedagogiem Rīgas X pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē”. Darba mērķis – izstrādāt priekšlikumus efektīvas atbalsta sistēmas ieviešanai. Maģistra darba uzdevumi: analizēt teorētisko literatūru par pirmsskolas izglītību dažādu autoru teorētiskajās atziņās; izpētīt un raksturot svarīgākos atbalsta sistēmas komponentus; veikt pilotpētījumu par atbalsta sistēmas izpratni un nepieciešamību pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē; veikt pētījumu par Rīgas X pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes esošo atbalsta sistēmu. Darbs sastāv no divām daļām – teorētiskās un empīriskās daļas. Teorētiskajā daļā – tiek aprakstīta izglītības jēdziena būtība, pirmsskolas izglītības mērķi un uzdevumi. Tiek raksturota atbalsta sistēma no pedagogu, psihologu un filozofu teorētiskajām atziņām, noskaidroti, kas ir galvenie atbalsta sistēmas komponenti. Raksturoti atbalsta sistēmas pieci galvenie komponenti – metodiķis, psihologs, logopēds, sociālais pedagogs un asistents bērnam ar īpašām vajadzībām. Empīriskajā daļā – tiek izstrādāta pētījuma metodoloģija (anketas, intervijas jautājumi), tiek veikts praktiskais pētījums, anketējot pirmsskolas pedagogus par atbalsta sistēmas nepieciešamību un veikta intervija ar Rīgas X pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes logopēdu. Tiek analizēti anketas iegūtie dati. Darba beigās tiek veikti secinājumi un sniegtas atbildes uz izvirzītajiem pētījuma jautājumiem un izveidoti priekšlikumi kvalitatīvas atbalsta sistēmas izveidei. Maģistra darba apjoms – 60 lapas, 26 attēli un 2 pielikums. Literatūras un izmantoto avotu sarakstu veido 46 vienības latviešu, angļu un krievu valodā.

Master’s thesis – Creating of support system for teachers in pre-school x of Riga The aim of the Master`s thesis – develop proposals for the implementation of an effective support system. Objectives of the Master`s thesis: analyse theoretical literature on pre-school education in the theoretical knowledge of different authors; explore and describe key components of the support system; to carry out a pilot study on understanding and necessity of the support system in a pre-school educational institution; carry out a study on the existing support system of Riga X pre-school educational institution. The work consists of two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part describes the nature of the concept of education, the objectives, and objectives of pre-primary education. The support system is described from theoretical knowledge of teachers, psychologists, and philosophers, it is clarified who are the main components of the support system. Five main components of the support system are described – a technician, psychologist, speech therapist, social educator, and assistant for a child with special needs. In the empirical part – the methodology of the study (questionnaires, interview questions) is developed, the practical study is performed anchored by pre-school educators regarding the necessity of the support system and interviews with the Riga X pre-school educational institution logopedic. The questionnaire data is analysed. At the end of the work, conclusions are drawn, and answers are given to the questions raised in the study and proposals are made for a quality support system. The Master's size is 60 pages, 26 images and 2 attachments. The list of literature and sources used consists of 46 units in Latvian, English and Russian.
