Latvijas un Dānijas logopēdu/audiologopēdu studiju pieredze

Abstract

Diplomdarba mērķis izpētīt Latvijas un Dānijas logopēdijas (arī skolotāju-logopēdu, audiologu un audiologopēdu) speciālistu studiju pieredzi, un iepazīties ar augstskolu mācībspēku viedokļiem. Diplomdarba aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka augstākās izglītības kvalitāte ir cieši saistīta ar sabiedrības attīstību kopumā. Kopš 1999. gadā parakstītās Boloņas deklarācijas Eiropā tika izveidota vienota augstākās izglītības sistēma, valstu izglītības ministri vienojās par vienotu koordināciju, lai veicinātu iedzīvotāju mobilitāti un konkurētspēju. Taču Latvija, diemžēl, neatrodas ne izglītības, ne arī kādu citu reitingu augšgalā, turpretim, Dānija ieņem vadošās pozīcijas ne tikai Eiropā, bet visā pasaulē. (39) Tā kā autore dzīvo Dānijā, radās interese izzināt un salīdzināt Latvijas un Dānijas runas speciālistu studiju pieredzi. Pētījumā ir trīs nodaļas – pirmajās divās teorētiskajās daļās apkopota informācija par augstākās izglītības sistēmām abās valstīs un logopēdijas/audiologopēdijas studijām. Praktiskajā daļās apkopoti pētījuma rezultāti, kas ietver intervijas apkopojumu ar nozares speciālistiem, un anonīmās anketas datus, ko aizpildījusi logopēdi un audiologopēdi. Pievienoti 11 pielikumi. Izpētot un salīdzinot Latvijas un Dānijas logopēdijas /audiologopēdijas speciālistu studiju pieredzi, var secināt, ka, neskatoties uz atšķirībām valstu attīstībā, konkurētspējā, labklājībā un atalgojuma sistēmā, abu valstu runas speciālisti ir vienlīdz apmierināti ar studiju procesu, mācību programmām, iegūtajam zināšanām un prasmēm.

The aim of the thesis is to explore the study experience of speech therapy specialists in Latvia and Denmark (including teachers-speech therapists, audiologists and audio-speech therapists), and get knowledge with the opinions of university teaching staff. The relevance of the thesis is determined by the fact that the quality of highest education is closely related to the development of society as a whole. Since the Bologna Declaration of 1999, a unified system of higher education was established in Europe, the education ministers of the countries agreed on a unified coordination to promote the mobility and competitiveness of the population. But, unfortunately, Latvia is not at the top of the education or any other rankings, on the other hand, Denmark occupies a leading position not only in Europe, but all over the world. Since the author lives in Denmark, she became interested in learning and comparing the study experience of Latvian and Danish speech specialists. The study has three chapters - the first two theoretical parts gather information about the higher education systems in both countries and speech therapy/audiology therapy studies. The practical part summarizes the results of the research, which includes a summary of interviews with specialists in the field, and data from an anonymous questionnaire filled out by speech therapists and audio-speech therapists. Added 11 attachments. By studying and comparing the study experience of Latvian and Danish speech therapy/audiology speech therapy specialists, it can be concluded that, despite the differences in the countries' development, competitiveness, well-being and remuneration system, the speech specialists of both countries are equally satisfied with the study process, curricula, acquired knowledge and skills.
