Uzņēmuma „Rusvi” finansiālā stāvokļa analīze un novērtējums

Abstract

Diplomdarba nosaukums ir „Uzņēmuma „Rusvi” finansiālā stāvokļa analīze un novērtējums”. Uzņēmuma finansiāla stāvokļa novērtēšana ir pamats pareizai uzņēmuma vadīšanai un tā nākotnes perspektīvu nodrošināšanai, tādeļ autore nolēma izpētīt uzņēmuma finanšu situāciju un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tas uzlabošanai. Diplomdarba mērķis ir izpētot finanšu analīzes teorētiskos aspektus, novērtēt uzņēmuma SIA „Rusvi” finansiālo stāvokli un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tā uzlabošanai. Diplomdarbs sastāv no 2 nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatīti finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti. Otrā nodaļā darba autore veica uzņēmuma „Rusvi” finanšu rādītāju analīzi. Aprēķināja likviditates, maksātspējas, aktivitātes un rentabilitātes rādītājus, kā arī veica bilances un peļņas vai zaudējuma aprēķina horizontālo un vertikālo analīzi un veica bankrota prognozi. Uz analīzes pamatā autore izstrādāja secinājumus un priekšlikumus. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 68 lappuses. Darbā ievietotas 18 tabulas, 1 attēls, 42 formulas un 2 pielikumi. The name of diploma paper is „Financial analysis and evaluation of Enterprise „Rusvi”. The assessment of financial situation of the enterprise is the basis of its right management and provision of future perspectives, therefore the author decided to research the financial situation of the enterprise and to work out suggestions for improvement. The aim of diploma paper is to research theoretical aspects of financial analysis, to evaluate the financial situation of the enterprise SIA „Rusvi” and to develop suggestions for its improvement. Diploma paper consists of 2 parts. The first part is dedicated to theoretical aspects of financial analysis. In the second part the author makes the analysis of financial indicators. The author highlights the liquidity of the company, the solvency, assets and profitability indicators, shows balance sheet and profit and loss account’s horizontal and vertical analysis and makes the bancruptcy prognosis.
