Vēcaku un pedagogu sadarbības pilnveide pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē

Abstract

Maģistra darba “Vecāku un pedagogu sadarbības pilnveide pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē” mērķis ir izpētīt vecāku un pedagogu sadarbības pilnveidi pirmskolas izglītības iestādē. Ir nepieciešams gan izpētīt sadarbības procesu, gan noteikt netradicionālas darba formas ar vecākiem, tas ļaus paaugstināt vecāku aktivitāti un ieinteresētību izglītības iestādes dzīvē, mācību procesā, bērna audzināšanā, novērtēšanā, attīstībā. Pētījuma empīriskajā daļā noskaidrotas vecāku un pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes pedagogu sadarbības metodes un organizēšanas iespējas. Darba praktiskajā daļā iegūti un analizēti pirmsskolas izglītības pedagogu un vecāku anketēšanas rezultāti. Analizēti interviju dati par iestāžu pedagogu un vecāku sadarbības pilnveides iespējām pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Darba noslēgumā izveidoti ieteikumi pirmsskolas izglītības pedagogiem un vecākiem un sniegti galvenie pētījuma secinājumi, balstoties uz izvirzītajiem uzdevumiem, mērķim un pētījuma jautājumam.

The topic of the master's thesis “Cooperation improvement between parents and teachers in a pre-school educational institution” is to study the process of cooperation with parents, which is necessary to increase parental activity by participating in the life and atmosphere of a pre-school institution. The empirical part of the research clarifies the methods of cooperation and organization of cooperation between parents and teachers of pre-school education institutions. In the practical part of the work, the results of the survey of pre-school education teachers and parents have been obtained and analyzed. Interview data on the possibilities of improving cooperation between teachers and parents in a pre-school educational institution have been analyzed. At the end of the work, recommendations for pre-school teachers and parents have been developed and the main conclusions of the study are provided on the basis of the objectives, target and study issue.
