Bērna darbības iekšējas motivācijas veidošanas paņēmieni

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba tēma: bērna darbības iekšējas motivācijas veidošanas paņēmieni. Pētījuma mērķis: noteikt metožu efektivitāti bērnu iekšējās motivācijas veidošanā. Darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek analizēta pedagoģiskā un psiholoģiskā literatūra par motivācijas būtību un iekšējās motivācijas sekmēšanas paņēmieniem. Praktiskajā daļā tiek izmantotas novērošanas metode un pedagoga praktiskais darbs. Pētījumā piedalījās 16 bērni, vecumā no 5 līdz 6 gadiem. Tika izstrādāti kritēriji, pēc kuriem bērniem tika noteikts iekšējās motivācijas līmenis standarta nodarbības laikā un izteikti novērojumi, kā bērniem ar vidēju un zemu motivācijas līmeni to uzlabot. Lai sekmētu bērnu iekšējās motivācijas līmeni, mācību process tika veidots, tajā iekļaujot šādas iekšējās motivācijas sekmēšanas metodes: radošs un aktīvs mācību process, motivējošas mācību vides veidošana, uz bērnu interesēm un rotaļām balstīts mācību process, izvēles variantu piedāvāšana, savienojuma izveide ar izglītojamā personīgo pasauli, atgriezeniskās saites izmantošana, pozitīvu pastiprinājumu izmantošana un cieņpilna attieksme un sadarbība skolotājam ar bērnu. Apkopojot pētījuma rezultātus, var secināt, ka visas šīs metodes bijušas iedarbīgas, tomēr visnozīmīgākais bijis mācību procesu veidot, balstoties uz bērnu interesēm - aktīvu un radošu. The topic of the qualification work: methods of forming the internal motivation of the child’s activity. The purpose of the study: to determine the effectiveness of methods in the formation of children's internal motivation. The work consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part analyzes the pedagogical and psychological literature on the nature of motivation and methods of promoting internal motivation. The practical part uses the observation method and pedagogical practical work. The study included 16 children aged 5 to 6 years. The criteria was developed, according to which children's internal level of motivation was determined during a standard lesson, and observations were made as to how children with medium and low levels of motivation could improve. In order to promote the level of children's internal motivation, the learning process was created by including the following methods of promoting motivation: creative and active learning process, creation of a motivating learning environment, learning process based on children's interests and play, offering optional options, creating a connection with the learner's personal world, feedback use, positive reinforcement, respectful attitude and cooperation of the teacher with the child. Summarizing the results of the research, it can be concluded that all these methods were effective, however, the most important thing was to create the learning process based on the children's interests - active and creative.
