Abstract

Darba autors: Džuljeta Paševiča. Kvalifikācijas darba temats: Izpratnes par veselīgu uzturu sekmēšana rotaļnodarbībās pirmsskolas izglītības 1.posmā. Mērķis: Teorētiski un praktiski izzināt bērna izpratnes veidošanos par veselīgu uzturu rotaļnodarbībās 1.vecumposmā. Uzdevumi: 1.Teorētiski raksturot terminu veselīgs uzturs. 2.Analizēt rotaļnodarbības saturu veselīga uztura sekmēšanai. 3.Raksturot veselīga uztura paradumu veidošanos pirmsskolas izglītības 1.posmu kādā kontekstā. 4.Veikt pedagoģisko novērojumu. 5.Izstrādāt priekšlikumus pedagogiem par veselīga uztura izpratnes sekmēšanu rotaļnodarbībā. Atbildot uz pētījuma jautājumu, kāds rotaļu veids ir vispiemērotākais veselīga uztura izpratnes sekmēšanai rotaļnodarbībā pirmsskolas izglītības 1.posmā, var teikt, ka vispiemērotākais veids ir galda spēles. Pētījumā ir divas daļas. Pirmajā daļā tika raksturots veselīga uztura jēdziens, aprakstītas rotaļnodarbības veselīga uztura sekmēšanai, kā arī raksturots pirmsskolas izglītības 1. posms. Otrajā daļā tika analizētas trīs rotaļnodarbību pētījums pēc iepriekš izstrādātiem kritērijiem. Kvalifikācijas darbs sastāv no: 37 lpp., 8 attēliem, 4 tabulām, 49 izmantotās literatūras avotiem un 4 pielikumiem. The author of work: Dzuljeta Pasevica. The subject of the qualification work: Promoting the understanding of healthy nutrition in play classes in the 1st stage of pre-primary education. The aim of the work: To find out theoretically and practically the formation of the child's understanding of healthy nutrition in play classes in the 1st age stage. Tasks: 1.To theoretically character the term healthy nutrition. 2.To analyze the content of the play classes for the promotion of the healthy nutrition. 3.To describe the formation of healthy eating habits in the 1st stage of pre-primary education in a context. 4.To conduct the pedagogical observation. 5.To develop the proposals for educators on promoting the understanding of healthy nutrition in play classes. In response to the research question, which type of play is the most suitable for promoting the understanding of healthy nutrition in play classes in the 1st stage of pre-primary education, it can be said that the most suitable way is board games. The research has two parts. In the first part, the concept of a healthy nutrition and play activities for promoting healthy nutrition were described, as well as the 1st stage of pre-primary education. In the second part, the research of three play lessons was analyzed according to previously developed criteria. Contents of the qualification work: 37 pages, 8 images, 4 tables, 49 references and 4 appendixes. Key words: healthy nutrition, unhealthy nutrition, 1st stage of pre-primary education, comprehension.
