Sākumskolas bērnu vecāku apmierinātības ar pāru attiecībām saistība ar priekšstatiem par bērnu kopīgu audzināšanu

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis bija atklāt, kādas saistības pastāv starp sākumskolas bērnu vecāku apmierinātību ar pāra attiecībām un viņu priekšstatiem par bērnu kopīgo audzināšanu. Pētījumā piedalījās 171 respondents, no kuriem 56 ir vīrieši vecuma diapozonā no 29-54 gadiem (M =39,61, SD=4,76 ) un 115 sievietes, vecuma diapazonā no 23-56 gadiem (M = 39,38, SD =5,82 ) ar vismaz vienu bērnu vecumā no 6 līdz 11 gadiem. Pētījumā tika izmantota Blumas un Mereibianas (Blum & Mehrabian, 1999) Apmierinātības ar partnerattiecībām skala (The Comprehensive Marital Satisfaction Scale) un Feinberga un kolēģu izstrādātā (Feinberg et al., 2012) Kopīgās audzināšanas attiecības skala (The Coparenting Relationship Scale (CRS)), kas tika bakalaura darba ietvaros adaptēta latviski. Pētījums ir parādījis, ka apmierinātība ar attiecībām ir saistīta ar visām bērna kopīgās audzināšanas skalām, ieskaitot vienošanos par kopīgo audzināšanu, tuvību kopīgā audzināšanā, atbalstu, partnera audzināšanas pieņemšanu un darbu dalīšanu. Tāpat tika konstatēta negatīva saistība starp apmierinātību ar attiecībām un konfliktu ietekmi, kā arī nesadarbošanos kopīgā audzināšanā. Pastāv statistiski nozīmīgas atšķirības starp mātēm un tēviem partnera audzināšanas pieņemšanas un darba dalīšanas skalās, un netika novērotas saistības starp bērnu skaitu ģimenē, attiecību ilgumu un apmierinātību ar attiecībām un kopīgo audzināšanu. Tāpat netika novērotas saistības meiteņu un zēnu vecāku apmierinātībā ar pāra attiecībām un kopīgā audzināšanā. Tika konstatētas atšķirības starp partneriem ar bioloģisko bērnu un partneriem, kuriem bērni nav bioloģiski kopīgi, apmierinātības ar attiecībām un konfliktu ietekmes skalās.

The aim of the study was to discover the relationship between primary school children's parents' satisfaction with their relationship and their perceptions of co-parenting. The study included 171 participants, 56 of whom were men aged 29-54 (M = 39.61, SD = 4.76) and 115 of whom were women aged 23-56 (M = 39.38, SD = 5.82) with at least one child between the ages of 6 and 11. The study used the Comprehensive Marital Satisfaction Scale by J.S. Blum and A. Mereibian (Blum & Mehrabian, 1999) and the Coparenting Relationship Scale by M. Feinberg and colleagues (Feinberg et al., 2012), which was adapted into Latvian for this bachelor's thesis. The study found that satisfaction with the relationship was associated with all coparenting scales, including agreement on coparenting, closeness in coparenting, support, acceptance of the partner's parenting and division of labor. There was also a negative correlation between satisfaction with the relationship and the impact of conflict, as well as non-cooperation in coparenting and satisfaction with the relationship. There were also statistically significant differences between mothers and fathers on the acceptance of the partner's parenting and division of labor scales, and no correlation between the number of children in the family, the duration of the relationship, and satisfaction with the relationship and coparenting. No correlation was also found between the satisfaction of parents of girls and boys with the relationship and coparenting. In addition, differences were found between partners with biological children and partners who do not have biological children in terms of satisfaction with the relationship and the impact of conflict.
