Kompetenču pieejas vadības pieredzes izpēte pamatskolā

Abstract

Kompetenču pieejā balstīts mācību saturs ir pēdējās pārmaiņas izglītības sistēmā Latvijā, kuras tika iesāktas 2019.g. septembrī un turpinās vēl joprojām visās vispārējās izglītībības pakāpēs. Pārmaiņas izglītības sistēmā ar jaunu mācību saturs, mācību metodēm, pielāgošanos katra skolēna spējām, atgriezeniskās saites sniegšana un bagātīga materiālā klāsta papildināšanu. Lai to visu realizētu pedagogiem nepieciešams vadības atbalsts, pārmaiņu procesu veidojot vieglāk izprotamu ikvienai iesaistītajai pusei. Šī maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt pirmsskolas un pamatskolas vadības pieredzi kompetenču pieejas ieviešanā izglītības iestādē. Veiktajā pētījumā tiek atklāta pedagogu un vadības viedoklis par veicamajām pārmaiņām. Uzmanība tiek pievērsta esošajām grūtībām un to pārvarēšanai. Pētījuma rezultātā tiek noskaidrotas vadības veiktās darbības, atbalstot pedagogus pārmaiņu procesā. Noslēgumā izstrādātas rekomendācijas izglītības iestāžu vadītājiem veiksmīgai pārmaiņu ieviešanai.

The learning content based on the competence approach is the latest change in the education system in Latvia, which started in September 2019 and is still ongoing at all levels of general school education system. Changes in the education system with the new learning content, teaching methods, adapting to the abilities of each pupil, providing feedback and an abundant replenishment of a material range. To obtain all the previously mentioned changes, educators need management support to make the process of change more comprehensible to everyone involved. The aim of this master's work is to explore the experience of implementation of the competence approach in the educational institution by pre-school and elementary school management. The study reveals educators and management opinion about the changes to be made. Attention is focused on existing difficulties and how to overcome them. The study clears the actions taken by management to support educators in the process of change. In conclusion, recommendations have been developed for the successful implementation of changes by the heads of educational institutions.
