Abstract

Darba autore: Daila Liekne – Siliņa Darba temats: Pedagogu profesionālās kompetences attīstība un labbūtības priekšnosacījumi pirmsskolā. Darba apjoms: 150 lapaspuses. Izstrādātais maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, divām nodaļām, septiņām apakšnodaļām, diskusijas, nobeiguma, bibliogrāfijas, kurā ir iekļautas 125 literatūras vienības. Darbā ir iekļautas 11 tabulas, 68 attēli un 12 pielikumi Pētījuma metodes: literatūras analīze, aptaujas metode – anketēšana, statistikas datu analīze. Pētījuma laikā no apkopotās teorētiskās literatūras un iegūtajiem pētījumu rezultātiem autore secina, ka labas labbūtības nodrošināšana ir galvenais pamatinstruments, lai tiktu nodrošināta kvalitatīva profesionālās kompetences funkcionēšana, kas nodrošina pozitīvu perspektīvu sekmīgi iekļauties darba tirgū, tādā veidā pati tauta rada savu nozīmi pasaules kartē. Svarīgi ir nodrošināt labbūtības visaptverošu funkcionēšanu pedagogiem (vienlaikus pozitīvi ietekmē arī audzēkņus), lai audzēknis, beidzot pirmskolu būtu ieguvis atbilstošas prasmes, zināšanas, iemaņas sekmīgai skolas gaitu uzsākšanai. Balstoties uz šo redzējumu, maģistra darba izstrādes mērķis ir pētīt pedagogu kompetenci un labbūtības mijsakarības pirmskolas izglītības iestādē, apkopot ieteikumus pedagogu kompetences un labbūtības veicināšanai. Autore darba teorētiskajā darba daļā analizē profesionālās kompetences izcelsmi, tās definējumus, priekšnosacījumus labai funkcionēšanai. Labbūtību, tās izcelsmi, definējumus. Labbūtība ir cieši saistīta ar sociālajiem un ekonomiskajiem rezultātiem. Pamatā tā ir cilvēka apmierinātība ar dzīvi, apmierinātība ar darbu no kā arī izriet dzīves kvalitāte, bet darba procesā aktualizējoties motivācijai, tiek sekmēta vienota kolektīva tiekšanās pēc izvirzītajiem mērķiem, sasniedzot augstu kvalitātes līmeni. Empīriskajā darba daļā autore apkopoja, analizēja pilotpētījuma aptaujā gūtās respondentu atbildes, viedokļus, lai tos apkopojot gūtu atbildes uz izvirzīto darba jautājumu. Empīriskā pētījuma izstrādes procesa gaitā autore ir guvusi apstiprinājumu izvirzītajam darba jautājumam - profesionālās kompetences priekšnosacījumi ir līdzsvarā funkcionējošas labbūtības dimensijas. Labbūtības dimensiju funkcionēšana ir jānodrošina līdzsvarā, jo jāņem vērā, ka labbūtības dimensijas ir līdzatkarīgas viena no otras. Esot labai labbūtībai, tiek nodrošināta labvēlīga vide profesionālās kompetences funkcionēšanai un labbūtības esībai. During the study, the author concludes from the abstract literature collected and the results of the studies that ensuring good value is the main basic instrument for ensuring the quality functioning of professional competence, which provides a positive prospect of successfully entering the labour market, thus creating its own role on the world map. It is important to ensure a comprehensive functioning of the merits for educators (while also having a positive impact on the losers) so that the learner has finally acquired the appropriate skills, knowledge, skills to successfully start school. On the basis of this vision, the Master's work is aimed at studying the competence of teachers and the correlation of merits in the primary education institution, compiling recommendations to promote the competence and merits of teachers. The author shall analyse the origin of professional competence, its definitions, the precondition for good functioning in the theoretical working part of the work. It is based on people's satisfaction with life, satisfaction with work, and quality of life, but as motivation grows in the work process, a collective pursuit of the goals set is promoted, achieving a high level of quality. In the empirical part of the work, the author collected, analyzed responses from respondents to the pilot study survey, views to collect responses to the raised question of work. During the empirical study development process, the author has confirmed the issue of work raised: the prerequisites for professional competence are balance-functioning dimensions of merits. The functioning of the merits dimensions should be balanced, as it should be taken into account that the merits dimensions are co-dependent with each other. Good value ensures a favourable environment for the functioning of professional competence and the existence of good value.
