Jauniešu un viņu vecāku piesaistes stils saistībā ar jauniešu un vecāku vērtējumu par vecāku romantiskajām attiecībām

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot kādas ir saistības starp piesaistes stilu un vecāku romantisko attiecību kvalitāti, jaunieša un vecāka vērtējumā. Saprast, vai pastāv atšķirības abu grupu vērtējumos un aplūkot saistības starp piesaistes stilu un atšķirību izteiktību (atšķirību lielumu) starp abu grupu novērtēto, vecāku romantisko attiecību kvalitāti. Pētījumā piedalījās 109 jaunieši un 29 viņu vecāki. Tika izmantotas aptaujas piesaistes stila un attiecību kvalitātes novērtējumam. Rezultāti rāda, ka pastāv atšķirības starp abu grupu vērtējumiem par vecāku romantisko attiecību kvalitāti. Vecāki novērtējot savas romantiskās attiecības kvalitatīvāk nekā jaunieši. Vienīgais piesaistes stils, kas bija saistīts ar vecāku romantisko attiecību kvalitātes novērtējumu, bija izvairīgi trauksmainais stils, kas negatīvi korelēja ar vecāku romantisko attiecību kvalitātes vērtējumu. Neparādījās saistības starp atšķirību izteiktību starp vērtējumiem un piesaistes stilu vērtējumiem.

The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between adolescent and parental attachment styles and the evaluation of parental romantic relationship quality. The study aimed to understand whether there are differences in evaluations between the two groups and to examine the relationship between adolescent and parental attachment styles and the distinctness of differences (magnitude of differences) in the evaluated parental romantic relationship quality.The study involved 109 adolescents and 29 of their parents. Surveys were used to assess attachment style and relationship quality. There were differences in evaluations of parental romantic relationship quality between the two groups, with parents rating their romantic relationships with higher qualityt han the adolescents. The only attachment style that was related to the evaluation of parental romantic relationship quality was the avoidant-anxious style, which negatively correlated with the evaluation of parental romantic relationship quality. There were no associations between the expression of differences in evaluations and attachment style ratings.
