Klientu attiecību vadības lietojumprogrammas KAVIS un universālās darba vietas UDV moduļu papildinājumi, balstoties uz PPS un lietotāju stāstiem

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba ietvaros tika izstrādāta un papildināta klientu attiecību vadības informācijas sistēmas “KAVIS” un viena no tās moduļiem - Universālās Darba Vietas “UDV” - programmatūra. Šī darba saturā ir paveikto uzdevumu lietotājstāsti, programmatūras projektējuma apraksts, testēšanas dokumentācija. Darba ietvaros pēc lietotājstāstiem izstrādātas gan jaunas funkcionalitātes, gan novērstas nepilnības programmatūrā. Darbs tika veikts pēc spējās programmatūras izstrādes modeļa, izmantojot C#, JavaScript un Oracle PL/SQL programmēšanas valodas.

Qualification paper Customer relationship management application KAVIS and universal workplace UDV module additions based on SRS and user stories. As part of the qualification paper, the software of the customer relationship management information system "KAVIS" and one of its modules - the universal workplace "UDV" - was developed and supplemented. The content of this paper includes user stories of the completed tasks, a description of the software design, testing documentation. As part of the work, both new functionalities have been developed and shortcomings in the software have been eliminated after user stories. The work was developed following agile software development model, using C#, JavaScript and Oracle PL/SQL programming languages.
