Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “SIA “Orients Audit & Finance” revīzijas pakalpojumu sniegšanas novērtējums”. SIA “Orients Audit & Finance” šogad nosvinēja savu 20. gadu jubileju. Uzņēmums ļoti strauji attīstās, jau ir iegūta liela pieredze, piesaistīti atpazīstami klienti (vidēji un lieli uzņēmumi), tāpēc ir izvēlēts pētīt šī uzņēmuma revīzijas pakalpojumu sniegšanas kvalitāti. Darba mērķis ir, izvērtējot SIA “Orients Audit & Finance” revīzijas pakalpojumu sniegšanu, izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus revīzijas pakalpojuma kvalitātes paaugstināšanai. Bakalaura darbā pētīta SIA “ZIZ” 2021.gada finanšu pārskata revīzijas procesa gaitu, dokumentēšana un atbilstība normatīvajiem aktiem. Balstoties uz iegūtiem materiāliem, izdarīti secinājumi par revidējamo uzņēmumu un revīzijas pakalpojumu sniedzēju, un izvirzīti priekšlikumi konstatēto nepilnību novēršanai.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Assessment of the provision of audit services by LTD "Orients Audit & Finance"". LTD "Orients Audit & Finance" celebrated its 20th anniversary this year. The company is growing very fast, and gained lot of experience, recognizable customers (medium and large companies) have been attracted. That’s why the author decided to explore the quality of the provision of audit services of this particular company. The aim of the work is to draw conclusions and develop proposals for increasing the quality of the audit service by evaluating the provision of audit services by LTD "Orients Audit & Finance". In her bachelor's thesis, the author has studied the course of the audit process of the financial statement of LTD "ZIZ" for 2021, documentation and compliance with regulatory enactments. The author made her own conclusions about the audited company and the provider of audit services on the basis of the obtained materials, and put forward proposals to eliminate the identified shortcomings.
