SIA “INTERLUX” saimnieciskās darbības finanšu analīze un attīstības perspektīvas

Abstract

Izstrādātā bakalaura darba tēma ir SIA “Interlux” saimnieciskās darbības finanšu analīze un attīstības perspektīvas. Finanšu analīze tiks veikta par periodu no 2018. gada līdz 2021. gadam. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz SIA “Interlux” finanšu analīzi, noteikt finanšu problēmas uzņēmumā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus to uzlabošanā. Darba mērķu sasniegšanai tiek risināti šādi uzdevumi: 1.Izpētīt un analizēt finanšu analīzes paņēmienu un metožu pielietojumu un būtību; 2.Veikt SIA “Interlux” saimnieciskās darbības raksturojumu; 3.Salīdzināt uzņēmuma finanšu rādītājus ar nozares vidējiem un izvēlēto konkurentu. 4.Veikt SIA “Interlux” saimnieciskās darbības analīzi un izpēti, problēmu raksturojumu, un novērtēt potenciālu finanšu rezultātu uzlabošanā. Darba struktūra ir veidota tā, lai varētu sasniegt bakalaura darba izvirzīto mērķi. Bakalaura darba pirmajā nodaļā tiek pētīti finanšu analīzes mērķi un būtība, finanšu analīzes rādītāji, to pielietojums normas robežas un formulas. Otrajā nodaļa sastāv no uzņēmuma SIA “Interlux” raksturojuma, tirgus un konkurentu izpētes, lai labāk varētu veikt analīzi turpmākā darba gaitā. Trešā nodaļa ir izstrādāta uzņēmuma finanšu analīzei, tiek veikti aprēķini un analīze likviditātes, maksātspējas, aprites un rentabilitātes rādītājiem, apskatīta horizontālā un vertikālā analīze, tāpat arī pētīta “Bilances Zelta likumu” izpildīšanās un uzņēmuma bankrota varbūtība. Darbā tiek pielietotas šādas pētījumu metodes: salīdzināšanas, kvantitatīvā un grafiskā. Darba beigās tiek apkopoti secinājumi un rasti priekšlikumi uzņēmuma finansiālo rezultātu uzlabošanai. Darbs apjoms ir 86 lpp, darbā ir iekļauti 30 attēli, 6 tabulas, 4 pielikumi un tā sastādīšanai ir izmantoti 29 informācijas avoti.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the financial analysis and development perspectives of the economic activity of LTD "Interlux". The financial analysis will be carried out for the period from 2018 to 2021. The aim of the bachelor thesis is based on the financial analysis of SIA "Interlux", to identify financial problems in the company and develop proposals for their improvement. To achieve the work goals, the following tasks are solved: 1. To study and analyze the application and essence of financial analysis techniques and methods; 2. Conduct a description of the economic activity of SIA "Interlux"; 3. To compare the company's financial indicators with industry averages and selected competitors. 4. To carry out the analysis and research of the economic activity of SIA "Interlux", the description of problems, and to evaluate the potential for improving financial results. The structure of the thesis is designed in a way that the goal of the bachelor's thesis can be achieved. In the first chapter of the bachelor's thesis, sudies the goals and nature of financial analysis, indicators of financial analysis, their application, norm limits and formulas. The second chapter consists of the description of the company SIA "Interlux", research of the market and competitors, in order to better analyze in the future work. The third chapter is designed for the company's financial analysis, calculations and analysis of liquidity, solvency, efficiency and profitability indicators are performed, horizontal and vertical analysis is examined, compliance with the "Golden Rules of the Balance Sheet" and the probability of company bankruptcy are also studied. The following research methods are used in the work: comparative, quantitative and graphic. At the end of the work, conclusions and suggestions for improving the company's financial results are gathered. The volume of the work is 86 pages, the work includes 30 images, 6 tables, 4 appendices, and 29 sources of information were used to compile it.
