Grāmatvedības kārtošana budžeta iestādēs un tās novērtējums Rīgas domes Īpašuma departamentā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tika novērtēta budžeta iestādes, Rīgas Domes Īpašuma departamenta, grāmatvedības uzskaite, ar mērķi identificēt trūkumus un nepilnības pastāvošā procesā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus to novēršanai. Rīgas Domes Īpašuma departamenta nodrošina specifisku funkciju izpildi, kurām jānodrošina atbilstoša uzskaite, kontrole un organizācija, ja likumdošana šādus gadījumus detalizēti neparedz, kas dod tiesības iestādēm izdot iekšējos noteikumus, instrukcijas, darba organizācijas kārtību, kas var būt pretrunā ar augstākstāvošiem reglamentējošiem normatīviem aktiem. Darba izstrādes rezultātā autore konstatēja atsevišķas nepilnības Rīgas Domes Īpašuma departamenta grāmatvedības uzskaitē un izstrādāja priekšlikumus to novēršanai.

The bachelor's work evaluated accounting records of the budget institution, the Riga City Council Property Department, with the aim of identifying shortcomings and flaws in the existing process and developing proposals for their elimination. Riga City Council Property Department ensures the performance of specific functions, which must ensure appropriate accounting, control and organization, if the legislation doesn’t provide details for such cases, which gives the authorities the right to issue internal rules, instructions, work organization procedures, that may be in conflict with higher-level regulatory legal acts. As a work development result, the author identified certain shortcomings in the accounting records of the Riga City Council Property Department and developed proposals for their elimination.
