Bakalaura darba mērķis bija izpētīt un izanalizēt dzīvojamo ēku tirgu Latvijā. Bakalaura darba pirmajā nodaļā ir apskatīta literatūra par dzīvojamo ēku tirgus vērtību. Otrajā nodaļā veikta Latvijas dzīvojamo ēku tirgus situācijas analīze. Trešajā nodaļā, pamatojoties uz ekspertu viedokļu analīzi, ir izpētītas un analizētas Latvijas dzīvojamo ēku tirgus attīstības un iespējamās perspektīvas. Darba nobeigumā ir sniegti priekšlikumi nekustāma īpašuma darījumu sakārtošanai. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 64 lapaspuses. Pievienoti 13 attēli un 7 tabulas. Darbā tika izmantoti 54 literatūras avoti. Bachelor work the goal was to study and analyze the market of residential buildings in Latvia. The first chapter of the bachelor thesis examines the literature on the market value of residential buildings. In the second chapter, an analysis of the Latvian residential buildings market situation is carried out. But in the third chapter, based on the analysis of the results of the expert interview, the development and possible perspectives of the Latvian residential building market have been researched and analyzed. At the end of the work proposals have been made for arranging real estate transactions. The volume of the bachelor thesis is 64 pages. Added 13 figures and 7 tables. Were used 54 literary sources in the work.
