Abstract

Nekustamā īpašuma pagaidu lietošana atbalsta sabiedriskā, kultūras un mākslas sektora piekļuvi interesantām, taču reizē arī nedārgam telpām – vienojoties gan ar privātiem īpašniekiem, gan valsti un pašvaldību – par ēku lietošanu uz laiku, kamēr tām nav pielietojuma komerctirgū. Pētījuma mērķis ir novērtēt biedrības “Free Riga” pārziņā esošos nekustamā īpašuma pagaidu lietošanas projektus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus sociālekonomiskās ietekmes novērtēšanai. Bakalaura darba iegūtie rezultāti liek secināt, ka biedrības “Free Riga” darbība sniedz sociālus, ekonomiskus un vides ieguvumus ieinteresētajām pusēm un sabiedrībai kā tādai, tai pat laikā sociālie, ekonomiskie un vides trūkumi vērtējami kā izaugsmi rosinoši punkti darbības uzlabošanai.

The temporary use of real estate supports access of public, cultural and artistic sector to interesting, but at the same time inexpensive premises in corporation with real estate owners – to use buildings for a limited time until they are not used in the commercial market. The aim of the study is to evaluate the temporary use projects under the control of association "Free Riga" and to develop proposals for the evaluation of the socio-economic impact. The results obtained from the study lead to the conclusion that activities of association provide social, economic and environmental benefits to interested parties and society as such, and the social, economic and environmental shortcomings can be evaluated as growth-stimulating points where to improve further.
