Darbinieku motivācija un darbinieku sniegums sabiedriskās ēdināšanas uzņēmumos.

Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Darbinieku motivācija un darbinieku sniegums sabiedriskās ēdināšanas uzņēmumos” mērķis bija pamatojoties uz teorētiskajiem aspektiem un pētījumā iegūto informāciju, identificēt būtiskākās problēmas darbinieku motivācijas trūkumam sabiedriskās ēdināšanas sektorā Latvijā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus motivācijas pilnveidošanai. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, darbs tika strukturēts trīs nodaļās. Pirmā nodaļa ir veltīta teorētiskās literatūras analīzei, kur tiek aplūkota un analizēta motivācijas jēdziena būtība un motivācijas ietekme uz darbinieku sniegumu. Otrajā nodaļā tiek veikts Latvijas sabiedriskās ēdināšanas nozares raksturojums, nozares ekonomisko rādītāju izpēte un analīze.. Trešajā nodaļā ir atspoguļoti un analizēti praktiskajā pētījumā iegūtie dati. Bet darba nobeigumā, ir apkopoti radušies secinājumi, kā arī balstoties uz pētījumā iegūtajiem secinājumiem ir izstrādāti priekšlikumi Latvijas sabiedriskās ēdināšanas uzņēmumu darbinieku motivācijas pilnveidošanai. Veiktā pētījuma rezultāti atklāja, ka būtiskākā problēma darbinieku motivācijas trūkumam ir kopumā nestabilā ekonomiskā situācija nozarē un zemais atalgojums. Lai gan atalgojums ir ļoti būtisks motivācijas faktors, pētījums atklāja, ka arī nemateriālie motivātori, piemēram, uzslava pozitīvi ietekmē darba sniegumu un rezultātus. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 64 lapaspuses. Pievienoti 20 attēli. Darbā tika izmantoti 72 literatūras avoti. Bachelor thesis “Employee motivation and employee performance in catering companies” was based on theoretical aspects and the information obtained in the study, to identify the most significant problems of the lack of motivation of employees in the catering sector in Latvia and to develop proposals for the improvement of motivation. To achieve the goal, the work was structured in three chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the analysis of theoretical literature, where the essence of the concept of motivation and the influence of motivation on the performance of employees are considered and analysed. In the second chapter, the characteristics of the Latvian catering industry, research, and analysis of economic indicators of the industry are carried out. The third chapter presents and analyses the data obtained in the practical study. But at the end of the work, the conclusions that have arisen have been summarized, as well as based on the conclusions obtained in the study, proposals have been developed for improving the motivation of employees of Latvian public catering companies. The results of the conducted study revealed that the most significant problem for the lack of motivation of employees is the unstable economic situation in the industry and low wages. While pay is an especially important motivational factor, the study found that intangible motivators such as praise also have a positive effect on work performance and outcomes. The volume of the bachelor thesis is 64 pages. Added 20 figures. Were used 72 literature sources in the work.
