Uzņēmuma ietekmējošie faktori

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma “Riska vadības analīze veselības aprūpes pakalpojumu uzņēmu-mā”. Kopējos globalizācijas apstākļos no riska un tā sekām nav iespējams izvairīties, ko izrai-sa objektīvi un subjektīvi iemesli. Jebkāda veida riskam ir raksturīga nedrošība, ko izraisa ne-noteiktības faktors, kā arī tajā pašā lakā globalizācijas darbības gaita nenoliedzami sniedz ie-spēju saņemt labvēlīgus ieguvumus no mērķtiecīga riska. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir apkopot ārvalstu un Latvijas zinātnieku teorētisko pētījumu par risku pārvaldību, noteikt risku identificēšanu, novērtēšanu un analīzi, un noteikt risku fak-toru ietekmi medicīnas aprūpes uzņēmumā, kā arī izteikt priekšlikumus sistēmas pilnveidoša-nai. Pētījumā tiek formulēta riska būtība un veidi, raksturotas riska novērtēšanas metodes, riska vadības konceptuālā struktūra, būtiskākie risku pārvaldības aspekti un tiek ierosināta risku pārvaldības sistēmas izstrādes nepieciešamība, risku pārvaldības metožu izvēle un tās posmu noteikšana. Tiek analizēta medicīnas aprūpes kompānijas risku pārvaldība, kā arī pētījumā arī ir ieskats, kā analizēt lēmuma pieņemšanu nenoteiktības apstākļos. Darba noslēgumā autore ir formulējusi 16 secinājumus un izvirza 6 priekšlikumus. Ba-kalaura darba kopējais apjoms ir 86 lapaspuses. Darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā un tajā ir iekļautas 50 tabulas, 20 attēli, 2 shēmas un 2 pielikumi.

Bachelor's thesis topic "Risk management analysis in health care services company". Under the common conditions of globalization, risk and its consequences cannot be avoided, caused by objective and subjective reasons. Any type of risk is characterized by in-security caused by the uncertainty factor, and at the same time, the course of globalization undeniably provides an opportunity to receive favorable benefits from targeted risk. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to summarize the theoretical research of foreign and Latvian scientists on risk management, to determine the identification, assessment and analysis of risks, and to determine the impact of risk factors in a medical care company, as well as to make proposals for improving the system. The research formulates the nature and types of risk, characterizes risk assessment methods, the conceptual structure of risk manage-ment, the most important aspects of risk management, and proposes the need for the deve-lopment of a risk management system, the choice of risk management methods and the deter-mination of its stages. The risk management of the medical care company is analyzed, and the study also provides an insight into how to analyze decision-making in conditions of uncer-tainty. At the end of the work, the author has formulated 16 conclusions and puts forward 6 proposals. The total volume of the bachelor thesis is 86 pages. The work is written in Latvian and includes 50 tables, 20 images, 2 schemes and 2 appendices.
