Maģistra darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz zinātniskās literatūras pētījumiem, normatīvajiem dokumentiem, grāmatvežu izglītības programmām un aptaujas rezultātiem, novērtēt grāmatvežu izglītības un profesionālās pilnveides iespējas Latvijā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus profesijas attīstības pilnveidošanai. Pētījumā noskaidrotas Latvijā pieejamās grāmatveža profesijas izglītības iespējas un izanalizētas darba tirgū pieprasītākās prasības profesijas pārstāvim. Vienlaikus reģistrēto ārpakalpojumu sniedzēju skaita izmaiņas, kā arī reģistrēto ārpakalpojumu grāmatvedības sniedzēju izsniegto licenču dinamiku un prognozes par jauno noteikumu ieviešanu sākot ar 2023. gada 1. jūliju. Saskaņā ar aptaujas datiem, analīzes rezultātā tiek iegūta informācija par galvenajām grāmatvedības nozares problēmām. Pētījumu rezultātā izstādāti priekšlikumi grāmatvedības profesionāļu profesionālās pilnveides iespēju uzlabošanai. The aim of the master's thesis is to evaluate the educational and professional development opportunities of accountants in Latvia and develop proposals for improving the development of the profession, based on scientific literature research, regulatory documents, accountants' education programs and survey results. In the study, the educational opportunities of the accounting profession available in Latvia were clarified and the requirements more demanded in the labor market for the representative of the profession were analyzed. At the same time, changes in the number of registered outsourcing providers, as well as the dynamics of licenses issued by registered outsourcing accounting providers and forecasts for the implementation of the new rules starting from July 1, 2023. According to the survey data, the analysis provides information on the main problems of the accounting industry. As a result of the research, proposals have been made for improving the professional development opportunities of accounting professionals.
