Ekotūrisma attīstības potenciāls Ziemeļkurzemes lībiešu krasta ciemos vietējā un starptautiskā mērogā

Abstract

Ziemeļkurzemes lībiešu krasta ciemos tūrismam ir plašas iespējas, bet, veicot to neapdomīgi, tiek apdraudēti maz skartie dabas resursi un izzudušā kultūra, kā arī ciemos patstāvīgi mītošo iedzīvotāju dzīves līmenis ir zems, ko ir potenciāls paaugstināt ar ekotūrisma praksi, stimulējot ilgtspējīgu izaugsmi. Pētījuma mērķis ir ieteikumu izstrādāšana ekotūrisma piedāvājuma un kvalitātes attīstīšanai ciemu teritorijā, sasniedzot veiksmīgu vides un kultūras resursu saglabāšanu kā arī vietējo iedzīvotāju sociāli ekonomiskā līmeņa stabilizēšanu ilgtermiņā. Pētījumā saskatīta problemātika, kas kavē ekotūrisma attīstību, līdz ar to, pētījumā tā tikusi akcentēta un izvirzītas rīcības tās mazināšanai, lai ekotūrisma attīstība būtu iespējama un sekmētu ciemu ilgtspējīgu pastāvēšanu.

In the villages of the Livonian coast of Northern Kurzeme, there are large opportunities for tourism but if it is carried out recklessly, the untouched natural resources and the disappearing culture are endangered, as well as the standard of living of the existing residents is low, what has the potential to be increased by ecotourism practices, stimulating sustainable growth. The aim of the research is to develop recommendations for developing the supply and quality of ecotourism in the villages, achieving the successful conservation of environmental and cultural resources and the long-term stabilization of the socio-economic level of existing residents. The research identified problems that hinder the development of ecotourism, therefore, these problems has been emphasized and actions have been put forward to reduce it, to make the development of ecotourism possible with the aim of strengthening the sustainable existence of villages.
