Attīstības iespējas Balvu pilsētā .

Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Attīstības iespējas Balvu pilsētā” mērķis ir izpētīt uzņēmēju attīstītības iespējas Balvu pilsētā. Teorētiskajā pamatojumā tiek apskatīts uzņēmējdarbības vispārējs raksturojums, ietekmējoši faktori, kas to padara ilgtspējīgu un ietekmē uzņēmējdarbību vidējās un mazās pilsētās. Tika veiktas intervijas ar Ziemeļlatgales biznesa un tūrisma centra pārstāvi un uzņēmējiem Balvu pilsētā, lai noskaidrotu esošo situāciju uzņēmējdarbības vidē, iespējamās izmaiņas, kas to pozitīvi ietekmētu, attīstītu un veidotu jaunus uzņēmumus, palielinot Balvu pilsētas tēla atpazīstamību. Rezultāti liecina, ka daļai uzņēmēju nav uzticības un vēlmes komunicēt ar pašvaldību. Lielākoties uzņēmēji ir neapmierināti ar nesakārtotu vidi un infrastruktūras Balvu pilsētā. Darbs sastāv no 72 lappusēm, 8 tabulām, 3 attēliem un 2 pielikumiem.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis "Development opportunities in Balvi city" is to explore the development opportunities of entrepreneurs in the city of Balvi. The theoretical part of the bachelor’s thesis examines the general characteristics of entrepreneurship, influencing factors that make it sustainable and what affects entrepreneurship in medium and small cities. Interviews were conducted with the representative of the North Latgale Business and Tourism Center and entrepreneurs in the city of Balvi in order to find out the current situation in the business environment, possible changes that would positively affect it, develop and create new companies, increasing the recognition of the image of the city of Balvi. The results show that some entrepreneurs do not have trust and desire to communicate with the municipality. Most of the businessmen are dissatisfied with the unorganized environment and infrastructure in Balvi city. The work consists of 72 pages, 8 tables, 3 images and 2 attachment.
