Iekšējās kontroles sistēmas novērtējums uzņēmumā SIA “GREEN MOTORS”

Abstract

Efektīva un kvalitatīva iekšējās kontroles sistēmas izveidei ir būtiska loma katrā uzņēmumā, tā palīdz identificēt svarīgākos riskus, kā arī palīdz uzņēmuma vadībai kontrolēt uzņēmuma darbību. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz iekšējās kontroles sistēmas teorētisko aspektu izpēti, veikt SIA ”Green Motors” iekšējās kontroles sistēmas analīzi un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tās pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām – teorētiskā raksturojuma, uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības raksturojuma un iekšējās kontroles sistēmas izpētes uzņēmumā SIA “Green Motors”. Bakalaura nobeigumā tika apkopoti secinājumi un izvirzīti priekšlikumi uzņēmuma iekšējās kontroles sistēmas pilnveidošanai.

The aim of the bachelor's work is to analyze the internal control system of SIA "Green Motors" and develop its internal improvement possibilities, based on the study of the theoretical aspects of control systems. The bachelor's thesis consists of three chapters - theoretical description, description of the company's economic activity and research of internal control systems in the company "Green Motors" SIA. At the end of the bachelor's degree, the conclusions and proposals for the improvement of the company's internal control system are only summarized.
