Aplikācijas izstrāde amatieru sporta sacensību un pasākumu organizēšanai

Abstract

Maģistra darba “aplikācijas izstrāde amatieru sporta sacensību un pasākumu organizēšanai” mērķis ir nodrošināt Latvijas amatieru līmeņa futbolistus un citus sportistus ar -ērtu, saprotamu un efektīvu izmantošanā – instrumentu, kas palīdzēs efektīvi organizēt amatieru līmeņa sporta sacensības un pasākumus. Maģistra darba pirmajā nodaļā tiek pētīta pieejamā literatūra par amatieru sportu un amatieru līmeņa sportistiem, tiek pētītas atšķirības starp amatieru sportistiem un profesionālajiem sportistiem, kā arī, tiek pētīts – kā amatieru sportisti tiek uzskatīti Latvijā, kāds sportistu status tiem ir piešķirts un kādus pakalpojumus valsts spēj tiem piešķirt no sporta infrastruktūras skatījuma. Otrajā nodaļā tiek veikta projekta mērķu noteikšana, problēmas risināšanas alternatīvu izvirzīšana un doto alternatīvu izvērtējums. Dotās alternatīvas tiek salīdzinātas pēc projekta termiņiem, izdevumiem, nākotnes ienākumiem un kādus stratēģiskos labumus tās spēj piedāvāt. Otrās nodaļas beigās tiek izvēlēta viena alternatīva, kurai tiks rakstīta rokasgrāmata. Trešajā nodaļā tiek rakstīta projekta rokasgrāmata, kur tiek izskatīti iespējamie projekta riski, projekta organizatoriskā uzbūve un projekta plānošanas gaita.

The aim of the Master's thesis "Development of an application for organizing amateur sports competitions and events" is to provide Latvian amateur level football players and other sportsmen with a - convenient, understandable, and effective to use - tool that will help them to effectively organize amateur level sports competitions and events. The first chapter of the Master's thesis studies the available literature on amateur sport and amateur athletes, the differences between amateur athletes and professional athletes, as well as how amateur athletes are perceived in Latvia, what athlete status is granted to them and what services the state is able to provide to them from the point of view of sports infrastructure. The second chapter defines the objectives of the project, sets out the alternatives for solving the problem and evaluates these alternatives. The alternatives are compared in terms of project timeframe, costs, future revenues and what strategic benefits they can offer. At the end of Chapter 2, one alternative is selected for which the manual will be written. Chapter 3 is a project handbook, which examines potential project risks, the organizational structure of the project and the planning process.
