Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir uzņēmuma SIA “Statne.lv” darbinieku motivācijas pilnveidošanas iespējas. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir balstoties uz darbinieku motivācijas teorētiskajiem aspektiem un praktisko daļu, izanalizēt esošos darbinieku motivācijas faktorus uzņēmumā SIA “Statne.lv”, atklāt nepilnības motivēšanas procesos un piedāvāt praktiskus ieteikumus darbinieku motivācijas uzlabošanai, lai palielinātu darbinieku efektivitāti un uzņēmuma finansiālos rādītājus. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, jāveic šādi uzdevumi: 1. analizēt teorētiskos aspektus par darbinieku motivācijas būtību un teorijām: vadītāja nozīmi uz motivāciju, attālinātā darba ietekmi uz motivāciju, motivācijas specifiku būvniecības nozarē. 2. veikt uzņēmuma Statne.lv raksturojumu. 3. veikt analīzi par motivācijas labās prakses piemēriem Latvijas un pasaules uzņēmumos. 4. izstrādāt aptaujas anketu un veikt darbinieku motivācijas pētījumu uzņēmumā Statne.lv. 5. Izstrādāt secinājumus un priekšlikumus. Pētījuma darba struktūra Pirmā nodaļa sastāv no darbinieku motivācijas teorētiskā viedokļa, lai būtu kā tālākā pētījuma pamats. Otrā nodaļa sastāv no uzņēmuma SIA Statne.lv saimnieciskās darbības un izmantotajiem motivācijas faktoriem uzņēmumos analīzes. Darba trešajā nodaļā veikts pētījums par darbinieku motivāciju uzņēmumā SIA Statne.lv, tiek piedāvāti konkrēti pasākumi uzņēmuma darbinieku motivācijas pilnveidošanai. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is company SIA “Statne.lv” employee motivation development opportunities. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyse the existing factors of employee motivation in SIA "Statne.lv" based on the theoretical aspects of employee motivation and the practical part, to reveal gaps in the motivation processes and to offer practical recommendations for improving employee motivation in order to increase employee efficiency and the company's financial indicators. To achieve the goal, the following tasks must be performed: 1. analyse the theoretical aspects of the nature and theories of employee motivation: the role of the manager on motivation, the effect of remote work on motivation, the specifics of motivation in the construction industry. 2. perform a description of the company Statne.lv. 3. analyse examples of good motivation practices in Latvian and global companies. 4. develop a survey questionnaire and conduct an employee motivation study at the company Statne.lv. 5. develop conclusions and proposals. The structure of the research: The first part consists of the theoretical aspects of employee motivation to serve as a basis for further research. The second part consists of the analysis of the economic activity of SIA Statne.lv and the motivational factors used in the companies. In the third part of the work, conducted a study on employee motivation at SIA Statne.lv, measures are proposed for improving the motivation of the company's employees.
