Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Vērtspapīru tirgus attīstības perspektīvas”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt Latvijas vērtspapīru tirgus darbību, izvērtēt un analizēt iegūtos datus un, pamatojoties uz iegūtiem rezultātiem, sniegt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tā attīstībai. Darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek pētīts vērtspapīru teorētiskie aspekti. Otrajā nodaļa Latvijas un Baltijas valstis vērtspapīru tirgus datu analīze un statistika. Trešajā nodaļa Latvijas vērtspapīru tirgus attīstības perspektīvas.

The subject of the bachelor’s work is the “Development perspectives of the securities market”. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to study the functioning of the Latvian securities market, to evaluate and analyse the obtained data and based on the obtained results, to present conclusions and develop proposals for its development. The work consists of three chapters. The first chapter explores the theoretical aspects of securities. In the second chapter, the analysis, and statistics of Latvian and Baltic securities market data. In the third chapter, Development perspectives of the securities market.
