Investīciju potfeļa stratēģiskā vadība.

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēmas nosaukums ir “Investīciju portfeļa stratēģiskā vadība”. Teorētiskajā daļā tika aplūkota investīciju portfeļa stratēģijas lēmumu pieņemšana, investīciju portfeļa izveides un novērtēšanas metodes. Praktiskajā daļā, izmantojot Autores izveidotu akciju novērtēšanas metodi, tiek salīdzinātas Baltijas biržās kotētās akcijas – AS DelfinGroup akcijas, AS HansaMatrix akcijas, AS SAF Tehnika akcijas, AS MADARA Cosmetics akcijas un AS VIRŠI-A akcijas. Kā arī tiek izveidots personīgais ieguldījumu portfelis un pēc 5 mēnešiem tiek izvērtēts portfeļa ienesīgums. Darba gaitā autore izvērtēja sev aktuālu investīciju stratēģiju, kā rezultātā priekšroka tika dota ieguldījumiem Baltijas biržās kotētās akcijās, tika izvēlētas dažādu nozaru akcijas, lai būtu diversificēts ieguldījumu portfelis.

The title of the Master Thesis topic is “Strategic management of the investment portfolio”. The theoretical part of the Master Thesis was about decision-making of investment portfolio strategy, creation of investment portfolio and evaluation methods. In the practical part, using the share evaluation method created by the author, shares listed on the Baltic stock exchanges were compared – AS DelfinGroup shares, AS HansaMatrix shares, AS SAF Tehnika shares, AS MADARA Cosmetics shares and AS VIRŠI-A shares. Also, a personal investment portfolio was created and after 5 months the profitability of the portfolio was evaluated. In the course of the work, the author evaluated her current investment strategy, as a result of which preference was given to investments in shares listed on the Baltic stock exchanges, in order to create a diversified investment portfolio, the author chose shares of various industries.
