Abstract

Maģistra darbs izstrādāts par Eiropas Savienības dalībvalstī pieņemto nolēmumu par mantas konfiskāciju atzīšanas un izpildīšanas problemātiku Latvijā. Darbā autore apskata mantas konfiskācijas un tās veidu jēdzienu saturu, Eiropas Savienības dalībvalstu regulējumu attiecībā uz mantas konfiskāciju un mantas konfiskācijas izpildes lūguma procesa izpildi Latvijā. Darba mērķis ir apskatīt Eiropas Savienības dalībvalsts izteiktā lūguma par mantas konfiskācijas izpildi Latvijā tiesisko regulējumu, apzināt šādu lūgumu izpildi Latvijā no praktiskās puses, konstatēt problemātikas un piedāvāt šo problemātiku risinājumus. Darba ietvaros autore konstatē konfiskācijas rīkojumu izpildes Latvijā praksē sastopamās problemātikas un piedāvā to risinājumu. The master's thesis is developed on the issue of recognition and enforcement of a execution on confiscation of property applied in a member state of the European Union in Latvia. In the paper, the author examines the content of the concepts of confiscation of property and its types, the regulation of the European Union member states regarding the confiscation of property and the execution of the request for execution of confiscation of property in Latvia. The aim of the work is to research the legal regulation of the request of a European Union member state for the execution of confiscation of property in Latvia, to identify the execution of such requests in Latvia from the practical side, to identify problems and offer solutions to these problems. Within the framework of the work, the author identifies the problems encountered in the practice of execution of confiscation orders in Latvia and offers their solution.
