Kolektīvās finansēšanas pakalpojumu organizācija ES Regulas Nr.2020/1503 ietvaros

Abstract

Nolūkā veicināt Eiropas Savienības ekonomiskās apgrozības izaugsmi, kā arī panākt tiesisku noteiktību kolektīvā finansējuma pakalpojumu nozarē - Eiropas Parlaments un Padome 2020. gada 7. oktobrī pieņēma regulu Nr. 2020/1503 par Eiropas kolektīvās finansēšanas pakalpojumu sniedzējiem uzņēmējdarbībai, ar ko groza Regulu (ES) 2017/1129 un Direktīvu (ES) 2019/1937. Maģistra darbā “KOLEKTĪVĀS FINANSĒŠANAS PAKALPOJUMU ORGANIZĀCIJA ES REGULAS NR.2020/1503 IETVAROS” tiek pētīta Kolektīvā finansējuma pakalpojumu sniegšanas kārtība un pakalpojumu praktisko īpašību korelācija ar to regulējošajiem –starptautiskajiem un nacionālajiem tiesību aktiem. Pētījuma ietvaros tiek aplūkots kolektīvās finansēšanas fenomens, tā vēsturiskā attīstībā, kā arī galvenie finansēšanas modeļi un to praktiskās iezīmes kopsakarā Regulas tiesisko ietvaru.

To contribute growth of the European Union's economic turnover and to achieve legal certainty in the sector of crowdfunding services, the European Parliament and the Council adopted on 7 October 2020 Amending Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 and Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on European collective financing providers for business. In the master's thesis “ORGANIZATION OF COLLECTIVE FINANCING SERVICES UNDER EU REGULATION NO 2020/1503” Author analyses correlation between practical characteristics of crowdfunding services and the applicable - legal framework. Author examines the phenomenon of collective financing and its historical development, main crowdfunding models and their practical features in the context to the legal framework of the Regulation.
