Minētais sniedz iespēju to pareizāk izprast tiesas spriešanas ietvaros un atbilstoši to piemērot katrai situācijai individuāli. Darba mērķis ir analizēt vēsturiskās iztulkošanas metodes pielietošanu dažādos tiesas nolēmumos un noskaidrot tās nozīmi tiesību normu piemērošanā Latvijas Republikas tiesā. Bakalaura darba mērķa sasniegšanai tiek izvirzīti uzdevumi, kas ir sekojoši: veikt iztulkošanas metožu vispārīgu raksturojumu; izpētīt vēsturiskās iztulkošanas metodes izmantošanas būtību; izanalizēt vēsturiskās iztulkošanas metodes izmantošanu tiesu nolēmumos. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 3 (trīs) nodaļām un kopsavilkuma. Kopējais darba apjoms ir 55 lappuses. Since the restoration of the independence of the Republic of Latvia, several studies in the theory of law have been carried out in Latvian legal science, the object of which is the peculiarities of the methodology of interpretation of legal norms. Although the interpretation of legal norms has been a step in the application of legal norms known in European jurisprudence for centuries and has been recognized as necessary, there are discussions in Latvian legal science about the essence and content of methods of interpreting legal norms. Methods of interpreting legal norms in legal doctrine are most often described in fragments, without indicating the limits of use of each method of interpretation and leaving room for debate on the number of methods of interpretation. Within the framework of the work, the author pays attention to, in her opinion, the most important method of interpretation- the historical one, because it is the historical method that creates an understanding of the necessity of the emergence of a legal norm and its historical purpose. This makes it possible to understand it more correctly in the context of court proceedings and to apply it individually to each situation. The aim of the work is to analyze the application of the historical method of interpretation in the rulings of the Courts and to clarify its significance in the application of legal norms in the Constitutional Court. In order to achieve the goal of the bachelor's thesis, the following tasks are set: to look at the concept of the methods of translation and to describe its significance in the interpretation of legal norms; to study the use of the historical method of interpretation in the rulings of the Court and courts of general jurisdiction; to analyze the methodology of using the historical translation method. The work consists of an introduction, 3 (three) chapters and a summary. The total volume of the work is 55 pages.
