Darbaspēka noma

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Darbaspēka noma”. Mūsdienu dinamiski attīstītajā pasaulē pieaug darba piedāvājumi, līdz ar to arī nepieciešamība pēc darbiniekiem ne tikai nacionālajā, bet arī starptautiskajā līmenī, kā rezultātā ir izveidojies starptautiska mēroga pakalpojums – darbaspēka noma. Šādu attiecību kontekstā svarīgi ir izprast ne tikai to tiesiskumu, bet arī radušās tiesības un savstarpējos pienākumus. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kas ir darbaspēka noma, kāds ir rašanās pamats, kādas ir iesaistītās puses un vai Darba likums un Eiropas Savienības tiesību akti noregulē visus jautājumus, kas skar darbaspēka nomas tiesisko pamatu. Darba izstrādes procesā tiek analizēti nacionālie normatīvie akti un tiesu prakse, kā arī izmantoti zinātniskie raksti un starptautiskie normatīvie akti. Darba izstrādes pamatā tiek izmantota vēsturiskā, analītiskā un salīdzinošā metode. Darba struktūru veido anotācijas latviešu un angļu valodā, ievaddaļa, nodaļas ar apakšnodaļām, kopsavilkums, priekšlikumi un izmantotās literatūras saraksts. Kopējais darba apjoms ir 41 lapa.

The theme of the bachelor's thesis is "Labor force rent". In today's dynamically developed world, job offers are growing, so the need for employees not only at the national but also at the international level has resulted in an international service – labot force rent. In the context of such a relationship, it is important to understand not only their legitimacy, but also the rights and mutual obligations that have arisen. The aim of the work is to find out what is the hiring of labor, what is the basis of origin, what are the parties involved and whether the Labor Law and the legislation of the European Union regulate all issues concerning the legal basis of hiring of labor. In the process of elaboration of the work are analized national normative acts and court practice, as well as scientific articles and international normative acts are used. The work is based on historical, analytical and comparative methods. The structure of the work consists of annotations in Latvian and English, introductory part, chapters with subsections, summary, proposals and a list of used literature. Total workload have 41 pages.
