Maģistra darba tēma ir “Noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizācija.” Noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizācija ir process, kurā nelikumīgi iegūti finanšu līdzekļi vai cita manta tiek pārveidota, lai slēptu tās patieso nelegālo izcelsmi un padarītu to par legāli iegūtu. Maģistra darba mērķis ir noskaidrot noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizācijas izpratni, izvērtēt legalizācijas regulējumu un konstatējot nepilnības, piedāvāt priekšlikumus regulējuma pilnveidošanai. Lai sasniegtu maģistra darba mērķi, autore izvirza šādus uzdevumus: 1) izprast legalizācijas jēdzienu, izvērtēt noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizācijas vēsturisko attīstību un normatīvo regulējumu; 2) veikt noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizācijas sastāva analīzi, 3)izanalizēt legalizācijas kvalificētos sastāvus un nošķiršanas jautājumus, 4) apskatīt legalizācijas predikatīvos noziedzīgos nodarījumus un kopības jautājumus. Maģistra darba gaitā autore izdarīs secinājumi atbilstoši darba mērķim. The subject of the Master's thesis is “Money Laundering.” Money Laundering is process where illegally proceeds of crime are transformed to disguise their true illegal origin and make them appear legally obtained. The objective of the Master's thesis is to clarify the understanding of money laundering, to assess the regulation of money laundering and, if gaps are identified, to propose improvements. In order to achieve the objective of Master's thesis, the author will set out the following tasks: 1) to understand the definition of money laundering, to assess the historical development of money laundering and the regulatory framework; 2) analyse the composition of the criminal offence of money laundering; 3) analyse the money laundering qualifications and demarcation issues; 4) analyse the predicate offences of money laundering and issues of commonality. In the course of the Master's thesis, the author will draw conclusions in line with the objective.
