Alkohola atkarīgo pacientu aprūpe stacionārā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Alkohola atkarīgo pacientu aprūpe stacionārā‘‘. Šī pētījuma ietvaros, mērķis ir izpētīt, kāda ir aprūpe alkohola atkarīgiem pacientiem narkoloģijas un psihiatrijas nodaļās. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka, augsts izsaukumu daudzums pie pacientiem ar veselības traucējumiem, dēļ alkohola lietošanas, kā arī daudz saslimšanu, kas saistītas ar pārmērīgu alkohola lietošanu. Pētījuma teorētiskā daļā tika aprakstīts, kādu ietekmi uz veselību atsāj alkohola lietošana, un kā iedarbojas alkohols uz organismu kopumā, un kā atkarība ietekmē psihisko un sociālo stāvokli. Tāpat darbā aprakstīts arī kādas problēmas rada alkohola lietošana, kādi veselības traucējumi ir izteikti alkoholatkarīgam pacientam un kādas ir biežākās pacientu sūdzības. Teorijā ir izklāsts par māsu attieksmi pret alkohola atkarīgiem pacientiem, ka būtiska aprūpes sastāvdaļa ir empātija pret pacientu, un pacientu motivēšana ceļā uz pacienta izveseļošanos, kā arī, kas ir aprūpe un, kas ir būtiski ievērot aprūpējot alkohola atkarīgus pacientus. Pētījumā izvirzītā hipotēze alkohola atkarīgu pacientu aprūpe vairāk orientēta uz psiholoģisko aprūpi nekā uz fizisko simptomu novērošanu un risināšanu, šajā darbā ir apstiprinājusies. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Inpatient care of alcohol-dependent patients". Within the framework of this study, the aim is to investigate the care of alcohol-dependent patients in narcology and psychiatry departments. The topicality of the topic is determined by a high number of calls to patients with health disorders due to alcohol consumption, as well as many illnesses related to excessive alcohol consumption. The theoretical part of the study described the effects of alcohol consumption on health, how alcohol affects the body as a whole, and how addiction affects mental and social conditions. The work also describes the problems caused by alcohol consumption, the health problems of an alcohol-dependent patient, and the most frequent complaints of patients. The theory describes the attitude of nurses towards alcohol-dependent patients, that an essential part of care is empathy for the patient, and patient motivation on the way to the patient's recovery, as well as what care is and what is important to observe when caring for alcohol-dependent patients. The hypothesis put forward in the study, that the care of alcohol-dependent patients is more oriented towards psychological care than the observation and resolution of physical symptoms, has been confirmed in this work. After collecting and analyzing the data, conclusions were drawn. Key words - alcoholism, addiction, care
