Zaļmaldināšana organizāciju komunikācijā - H&M, Neste un DPD

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir atrast biežāk izmantotos zaļmaldināšanas paņēmienus starp lieliem uzņēmumiem un tā analizēšanas veidus. Apskatot tēmu no organizāciju un patērētāju pusi rodas vispārējs pārskats un objektīvs situācijas novērojums. Darba pirmajā un otrajā daļā tiek apskatīta zaļmaldināšanas teorija, organizāciju un patērētāju pieredze. Darba trešajā daļā tiek apskatīta metodoloģiskā pieejas, lai gūtu labākos rezultātus. Ceturtajā daļā tiek veikta dokumentu un kontentanalīze, kā arī veikti secinājumi, lai izpildītu darbā uzdotos jautājumus un uzdevumus.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find the most frequently used greenwashing techniques among large companies and finding a way to analyz them. Looking at the topic from the side of organizations and consumers gives a general overview and an objective observation of the situation. The first and second part of the paper examines the theory of greenwashing, the experience of organizations and consumers. The third part of the work examines the methodological approach to get the best results. In the fourth part, document and content analysis is performed, as well as drawing conclusions in order to fulfill the questions and tasks asked in the work.
