Starptautisko kravu pārvadājumu tirgus Latvijā un galvenie izaicinājumi

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt esošo starptautisko kravu pārvadājumu tirgu Latvijā no 2011. gada līdz 2021. gadam un izteikt priekšlikumus kravu pārvadājumu tirgus uzlabošanai, lai kļūtu par dominējošo valsti Baltijas reģionā. Maģistra darba pirmajā nodaļā ir analizēti teorētiskie jautājumi, kas saistīti ar starptautisko kravu pārvadājumu nozari un tās nozīmi ekonomikā. Otrajā nodaļā autore pēta starptautisko kravu pārvadājumu nozīmi Latvijas ekonomikā sekojošajos kravu pārvadājumu veidos - autotransportā, dzelzceļa transportā, jūras un gaisa transportā. Trešajā nodaļā autore veic esošās situācijas raksturojumu pārvadājumiem ar autotransportu Baltijas valstīs un nosaka politiskos un ekonomiskos faktorus, kas ietekmē savstarpējo konkurētspēju un veic šo faktoru analīzi. Ceturtajā nodaļā autore veic padziļinātu ekonomisko aspektu analīzi Latvijā, nosaka kravu pārvadājumu ar autotransportu konkurētspēju pastiprinošos faktorus, izstrādā priekšlikumus un iesaka risinājumus rādītāju uzlabošanai. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 100 lpp., tas sastāv no 4 nodaļām, 5 tabulām un 35 zīmējumiem. Maģistra darbā izmantoti 103 dažādi literatūras un datu avoti.

The aim of the master's thesis is to study the existing international freight transport market in Latvia from 2011 to 2021 and to make proposals for improving the freight transport market in order to become the dominant country in the Baltic region. In the first chapter of the master’s thesis author analyses theoretical issues related to the international freight transport sector and its importance for economy. In the second chapter, the author explores the importance of international freight transport in the Latvian economy in the following types of freight transport - road, rail transport, sea and air transport. In the third chapter, the author carries out a description of the current situation of transportation by road transport in the Baltic States and determines the political and economic factors affecting mutual competitiveness and conducts an analysis of these factors. In the fourth chapter, the author conducts an in-depth analysis of economic aspects in Latvia, determines the factors strengthening the competitiveness of freight transport by road, develops proposals and recommends solutions for improving indicators. The volume of the master's thesis is on page 100, it consists of 4 chapters, 5 tables and 35 drawings. The master’s thesis uses 103 various sources of literature and data.
