Mazumtirdzniecības vadības sistēmas pilnveidošana uzņēmuma darba efektivitātes uzlabošanai

Abstract

LU BVEF studentes Amandas Otto bakalaura darbs ‘’Mazumtirdzniecības vadības sistēmas pilnveidošana uzņēmuma darba efektivitātes uzlabošanai’’ mērķis ir apskatīt izvēlētā uzņēmuma radušās problēmas, kas saistītas ar šobrīd izmantoto POS jeb kases sistēmu un noliktavas sistēmu, analizēt un izskatīt dažādas alternatīvas, piedāvājot alternatīvu, kas vislabāk risinātu šīs problēmas. Darbā tiek izskatītas 3 dažādas mazumtirdzniecības vadības sistēmas alternatīvas, prioritāri liekot uzskatu uz POS sistēmu. Kā noliktavas sistēmas alternatīva tiek izskatīta RFID tehnoloģiju pielietošana. Apkopojot bakalaura darba rezultātus, autore secina, ka pastāv daudz alternatīvas šo sistēmu aizvietošanai. Autore iesaka uzņēmumam Extenda vai Oracle ražotās mazumtirdzniecības vadības sistēmas un RFID tehnoloģijas noliktavas sistēmas aizvietošanai, lai risinātu esošās problēmas un uzlabotu darba efektivitāti. The aim of Amanda Otto's bachelor's thesis "Upgrading the Retail Management Systems to Increase Productivity of the Company " is to examine the problems encountered by the selected company’s currently used POS system and inventory system, analyze and consider various alternatives, and propose an alternative that would best solve these problems. The thesis examines three different alternatives for retail management systems, with a priority given to the POS system. The use of RFID technology is considered as an alternative to the inventory system. Summarizing the results of the bachelor's thesis, the author concludes that there are many alternatives to replacing these systems. The author recommends that the company use the retail management systems produced by Extenda or Oracle and replace the inventory system with RFID technology to solve current problems and increase productivity.
