Zemnieku saimniecības “Eriņi” saimnieciskās darbības novērtējums un pilnveides iespējas.

Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Zemnieku saimniecības “Eriņi” saimnieciskās darbības novērtējums un pilnveides iespējas” darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz gada pārskatiem, novērtēt zemnieku saimniecības “Eriņi” finansiālo stāvokli un noteikt saimnieciskā darbības stratēģiju esošās finanšu situācijas ietvaros. Pirmajā darba nodaļā darba autors veicis teorētisko apskatu darba tēmas ietvaros, izmantojot monogrāfisko jeb aprakstošo metodi. Otrajā darba nodaļā izpētīta zemnieku saimniecības “Eriņi” darbība, tajā skaitā apgrozījums un peļņa, kā arī vieta nozarē starp citām zemnieku saimniecībām, kas specializējas lauksaimniecībā. Nodaļas izveidei izmantota kvantitatīvā statistisko datu analīzes metode, grafiskā datu attēlošanas metode un matemātiskā finanšu rādītāju aprēķinu metode. Trešajā darba nodaļā darba autors veicis intervijas ar zemnieku saimniecības “Eriņi” īpašnieku kontentanalīzi, kā arī novērtējis zemnieku saimniecības biznesa līmeņa stratēģiju. Atbildot uz pētījuma jautājumu: “Kāda saimnieciskās darbības stratēģiskās vadīšanas pieeja atbalsta zemnieku saimniecības “Eriņi” izaugsmi?”, jāsecina, ka visatbilstošākā stratēģija būtu zemo izmaksu stratēģija, ar kuras palīdzību zemnieku saimniecība “Eriņi” varētu nodrošināties pret ārējās vides draudiem – mainīgajām graudu un izejvielu cenām.

The aim of the study paper “Analysis of the Financial Situation of the “Erini” Farm and Opportunities for Improvement” is to assess, on the basis of annual accounts, the financial situation of the farm “Erini” and to define an economic activity strategy within the current financial situation. In the first section of study paper, the author of the work performed a theoretical survey within the scope of the work topic using a monographic or descriptive method. The second section of study paper examines the activities of the farm “Erini”, including turnover and profits, as well as the place in the sector between other farms specialising in agriculture. A quantitative method of analysis of statistical data, a graphic method for displaying data and a mathematical method for calculating financial indicators have been used to create the chapter. In the third section of work, the author of the work has conducted interviews with the expert analysis of owners of the farm “Erini” and has assessed the business-level strategy of the farm. In response to the resaerch question: “What approach to strategic management of economic activity supports the growth of the farm “Erini”?”, it should be concluded that the most appropriate strategy would be the low-cost strategy by which the farm “Erini” could safeguard against the external environmental threat – the changing prices of grain and raw materials.
