Elektromašīnu tirgus attīstības scenāriji Eiropas zaļā kursa kontekstā.

Abstract

Maģistra darba “Elektromašīnu tirgus attīstības scenāriji Eiropas zaļā kursa kontekstā” mērķis bija ir izpētīt elektromašīnu tirgus attīstību Latvijā, salīdzināt Latvijas elektromašīnu tirgu ar citu Baltijas valsts elektromašīnu tirgus, un, pamatoties uz iegūtajiem rezultātiem, novērtēt Latvijas elektromašīnu tirgus attīstības scenārijus, lai sniegt rekomendācijas politikas veidotajiem. Darba pamatuzdevumos ietilpa faktoru izpētē, kuri ietekmē uz elektromašīnu tirgus attīstību, valsts infrastruktūras izpētē un pašreizējas situācijas analīzē saistībā ar elektromašīnu pieprasījumu un elektromašīnu ātrās uzlādes stacijām, kā arī elektromašīnu akumulatoru utilizācijas iespējas. Izstrādātais darbs sastāv no trim daļām. Pirmajā daļā tiek atspoguļotā teorētiskā bāze par Eiropas zaļa kursa galvenajam programmām un mērķiem, ka arī sniegta informācija par scenāriju metodēm, tirgus izpētes metodēm un prognozēšanas metodēm. Darba otrajā daļā tiek izpētītas tendences Latvijā un Baltijas valstis elektromašīnu tirgū, kā arī izpētīta Latvijas valsts infrastruktūra un pašreizēja situācija saistībā ar elektromobiļu ātrās uzlādes stacijām. Trešajā daļā tiek izpētīti galvenie faktori, kuri ietekmē uz elektromašīnu tirgus attīstību. Noslēgumā tiek piedāvāti elektromašīnu tirgus attīstības scenāriji. Darba apjoms ir 84 lpp., tajā iekļauti 16 attēli, 3 tabulas, pievienoti 2 pielikumi, norādītas atsauces uz 51 literatūras avotiem un informācijas resursiem.

The aim of the Master thesis “Development Scenarios for the Electric Car Market in the Context of the European Green Deal” was to study the development of the electric car market in Latvia, compare Latvian car market with other Baltic states car markets, and based on the obtained results, evaluate the development scenarios of Latvian electric car market to provide recommendations to policymakers. The main tasks of the work included researching the factors that influence the development of the car market, studying the state infrastructure, and analyzing the current situation regarding fast-charging stations for electric vehicles, as well as the possibilities for recycling electric car batteries in the future. The developed work consists of three parts. The first part reflects the theoretical basis of the main programs and objectives of the European Green Deal, as well as providing information on scenario methods, market research methods, and forecasting methods. In the second part of the work, trends in the car market in Latvia and the Baltic states are explored, as well as the state infrastructure and the current situation regarding fast-charging stations for electric cars in Latvia. The third part examines the key factors that influence the development of the electric car market. Finally, development scenarios for the electric car market are proposed. Master thesis contains 84 pages, including 16 figures, 3 tables, 2 annexes, references to 51 literature and information resources.
