Projekts: Beziepakojuma preču veikala dibināšana

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izveidot projektu uzņēmuma SIA “Bērtne.lv” dibināšanai, kura saimnieciskā darbība būs saistīta ar beziepakojuma preču veikala, kur galvenokārt tiks pārdoti pārtikas produkti bez vienreizēja iepakojuma vai videi draudzīgā iepakojumā, atvēršanu Babītes pagastā, un tā darbības un finanšu plāna izstrāde un analīze pirmajiem trīs darbības gadiem. Mūsdienu sabiedrība patērē dabas resursus vairāk nekā tie dabīgi spēj atjaunoties, un saimnieciskās darbības un dzīvesveida rezultātā tiek radīti arvien vairāk atkritumi, no kuriem daļu daba nespēj pārstrādāt, kā rezultātā tiek atstāts negatīvs efekts uz apkārtējo vidi un klimatu. Aizvien biežāk dažādos sabiedrības līmeņos tiek domāts par dabas aizsardzību un daudzveidības saglabāšanu, dabas resursu izmantošanu, klimata pārmaiņu novēršanu, kā arī piesārņojuma un atkritumu daudzuma samazināšanu, tiek ieviestas gan starptautiskas, gan valsts līmeņa iniciatīvas un normatīvie akti, kas vērsti uz situācijas uzlabojumu. Arī iedzīvotāji arvien vairāk aizdomājas par saviem ikdienas paradumiem un iespēju samazināt saražotos atkritumus, kā rezultātā popularitāti gūst Zero Waste jeb nulles atkritumu kustība, taču pēdējos gados vēl aizvien ir novērojams mājsaimniecību radīto atkritumu daudzuma pieaugums gan Latvijā, gan Eiropas Savienībā, kas neliecina par pozitīvu tendenci. Viens no veidiem, kā samazināt radušos atkritumus, ir mājsaimniecībām pārskatīt savus ikdienas paradumus un uzsākt iepirkšanos beziepakojuma preču veikalos, tādējādi samazinot radīto atkritumu daudzumu un atstājot mazāku ietekmi uz apkārtējo vidi.

The aim of this master's thesis is to create a business plan for the establishment of a company called "Bērtne.lv" Ltd. The company's main activity will be related to a packaging-free store, primarily selling food products without single-use packaging or in environmentally-friendly packaging, located in Babīte parish. The thesis will include the development and analysis of the company's operational and financial plan for the first three years of operation. Modern society consumes natural resources at a rate that exceeds the natural rate of replenishment, resulting in the generation of increasing amounts of waste due to economic activity and lifestyle. Some of this waste cannot be effectively processed by nature, resulting in a negative impact on the environment and climate. There is an increasing awareness at various levels of society about the need to protect nature and preserve biodiversity, to utilize natural resources sustainably, to mitigate climate change, and to reduce pollution and waste. International and national initiatives and regulations are being introduced aimed at improving the situation. People are also becoming increasingly aware of their daily habits and the possibility of reducing the waste they generate, leading to the growing popularity of the Zero Waste movement. However, in recent years, there has been an increase in the amount of household waste generated in Latvia and the European Union, indicating a negative trend. One way to reduce waste is for households to review their daily habits and begin shopping at packaging-free stores, thereby reducing the amount of waste generated and leaving a smaller impact on the environment.
