Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma – Projekts: Rehabilitācijas centra “Fizbro” izveide Maģistra darba tēmas aktualitāte ir pamatota ar konstatētajām problēmām fizioterapijas pakalpojumu kompleksā pieejamībā cilvēkiem, kuriem tā nepieciešama. Būtiskākā aktualitāte saistīta ar to, ka visi nepieciešamie pakalpojumi nav pieejami vienā iestādē. Šāda izvēle ir saistīta ar veikto priekšizpēti, kuras laikā secināts, ka Latvijā nav pieejama profesionāla, kompleksa pēctraumu rehabilitācija Latvijas teritorijā. Darbā detalizēti aprakstīti konkrētā uzņēmuma izveidošanas principi, tā lielums, juridiskā forma, saimnieciskās darbības veidi, darbinieku skaits, to pienākumi, atrašanās vieta, nepieciešamie pamatlīdzekļi un materiāli darbības nodrošināšanai. Papildus tiek arī aplūkoti finansējuma piesaistes varianti, jo tas nepieciešams pilnvērtīgas darbības nodrošināšanai. Atsevišķā nodaļā autors ir veicis nozares izpēti gan Latvijā, gan arī pasaules tirgū, lai varētu izdarīt secinājumus par nozares attīstības perspektīvām. Darbā ir aplūkotas fizioterapijas tendences, kas saistītas ar jaunu tehnoloģiju un iekārtu ieviešanu, attīstību un kā tas palīdz klientiem pakalpojumu sniegšanas laikā, veselības uzlabošanā un atgūšanā. Papildus ir aplūkotas tendences, kas saistītas ar nākotnes pakalpojumu izveidi, kā tas ietekmēs klientu plūsmu, kā fizioterapeitam nokļūt tuvāk klientam, neatrodoties blakus. Viens no būtiskiem aspektiem uzņēmuma darbībā ir tiesiskais regulējums, kas jāievēro, jo uzņēmums ir ārstniecības iestāde. Autors ir aprakstījis visus standartus, likumus un Eiropas Savienības regulas, ar kuriem nepieciešams iepazīties, lai uzņēmums veiksmīgi darbotos un sniegtu augstas kvalitātes pakalpojumus Autors ir aprakstījis pakalpojumu klāstu, kuri ir minimāli nepieciešami, lai varētu uzsākt pilnvērtīgu uzņēmuma darbību. . Darbā tika izmantoti 51 informācijas avoti.

The most important issue is that not all the necessary services are available in one institution. This choice is related to the feasibility study, which concluded that there is no professional, comprehensive post-traumatic rehabilitation available in Latvia. The work describes in detail the principles of establishment of the enterprise, its size, legal form, types of economic activity, number of employees, their duties, location, necessary fixed assets and materials to ensure the operation. In addition, the options for raising finance are also discussed, as this is necessary to ensure full operation. In a separate chapter, the author has carried out a study of the sector both in Latvia and on the world market, in order to draw conclusions on the prospects for the development of the sector. The thesis examines trends in physiotherapy related to the introduction and development of new technologies and equipment and how this helps clients to improve and recover during service delivery. In addition, trends related to the future design of services, how this will affect the flow of clients, and how physiotherapists can get closer to the client without being in the vicinity are discussed. One of the most important aspects of the company's activities is the legal framework that must be respected as a medical institution. The author has described all the standards, laws and regulations of the European Union that need to be consulted in order for the company to operate successfully and provide high quality services The author has described the minimum services needed to start a fully-fledged business. . The company has defined its priority and secondary customer base, based on which it has carried out a customer analysis and defined its marketing strategy accordingly. The financial plan provides information on projected revenue, cash flow, repayment schedule, profit or loss forecast and balance sheet. The financial plan is based on available information on prices, workload, potential operating expenses, and includes information on staff salaries and other indicators in order to fully assess the financial performance in the first years of operation. Finally, the author analyses the risks that the company has to face in its daily work. The thesis consists of 90 pages, 13 tables, 8 figures and 4 annexes. 51 sources of information were used.
