Projekts: Bērnu aktivitāšu centra izveide

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir aktivitāšu centra pirmskolas un sākumskolas vecuma bērniem izveide. Maģistra darba ietvarā tiks izstrādāts projekts lokāla aktivitāšu centra bērniem SIA “Vingrot prieks” izveidei. Centra pamatā ir vispār attīstošas sporta nodarbības grupās. Centra telpas ir paredzētas gan grupu sporta nodarbībām, gan arī mazuļu skoliņas nodarbībām, gan arī iespējams izmantot kā rotaļu istabu un socializēšanās vietu gan bērniem un vecākiem. Uzņēmums savas durvis apmeklētājiem vērs 2023. gada 1. augustā, Mārupē Zemzaru ielā 3. Izpētes rezultātā darba autore ir secinājusi, ka Mārupes novadā vai tuvējās apkārtnēs pēc būtības nav līdzīga vai alternatīva piedāvājuma. Ne pašvaldības, ne arī privātās iestādes. Mārupes novads nepiedāvā sporta nodarbības bērniem līdz 4 gadu vecumam. Autores novērotā statistika liecina, ka Mārupes novadā katru gadu dzimst vidēji 480 bērni. Pretēji valstī pastāvošajai tendencei, Mārupes novadā gadā dzimušo bērnu skaitā nav samazinājums. Autore ir izsecinājusi, ka projekta potenciālā fokuss grupa ir 2 000 bērni, kur vecākiem pretēji viņu vēlmēm, nav iespēja sniegt saviem bērniem organizētas sporta nodarbības fiziskās veselības un attīstības veicināšanai. Uzņēmuma vajadzībām tiks dibināta sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību (SIA). Uzņēmuma pamatkapitālā tiks ieguldīti 30 000EUR. Uzņēmumam ir divi dibinātāji no kuriem viens ir šī darba autors. Katra dibinātāja dalība pamatkapitālā ir 50%. Uzņēmuma SIA “Vingrot prieks” uzņēmējdarbības uzsākšanai tiks iegādātas pamatlīdzekļi par kopējo vērtību 28 164EUR tsk. PVN. Tiks nomātas telpas Mārupē Zemzaru ielā 3. Centra vajadzībām būs pieejama 157m2 plaša telpa. Telpu nomas izmaksas mēnesī sastādīs 1 300EUR. Telpu piemērošanā centra vajadzībām tiks ieguldīti vēl papildus 7 850EUR. Uzņēmuma darbības un pakalpojuma nodrošināšanai tiks algoti 4 darbinieki, kuri būs uzņēmuma štata darbinieki: Valdes loceklis, kas ir arī viens no uzņēmuma dibinātājiem, kuru pienākumos ietilps plānot, vadīt un organizēt uzņēmuma ikdienas darbību, izstrādāt stratēģiju, personāla pārvaldība, kvalitātes standartu ieviešana un pārraudzība, uzņēmuma mārketinga aktivitātes un virzīšana tirgū; Divi administratori, kuru pienākumos ietilpst centra apmeklētāju plūsmas organizācija, nodarbību pieraksta uzturēšana un veidošana, kārtības un tīrības uzturēšana centra telpās; Nodarbību pasniedzējs, kurš ir atbildīgs par “mazuļu skoliņas” nodarbībām – nodarbību plāna izstrāde un nodarbības vadīšana. Bez šīm vakancēm SIA “Vingrot prieks” ārpakalpojumā iepirks grāmatvedības pakalpojumus un 3 trenerus, kas vadīs vispārējas attīstības vingrošanas nodarbības, kuriem galvenās amata prasības ir augstākā izglītība sporta zinātnē un/ vai atbilstoša sportā speciālista (trenera) sertifikācija, kā arī pozitīva attieksme un interese komunicēt ar bērniem un jauniešiem. The aim of the Master's thesis is the creation of an activity center for preschool and primary school age children. As part of the master's thesis, a project for the creation of a local activity center for children SIA "Vingrot prieks" will be developed. The center is based on generally developing sports classes in groups. The company will open its doors to visitors on August 1, 2023, at 3 Zemzaru Street in Mārupe. As a result of the research, the author of the paper has concluded that there is no similar or alternative offer in the Mārupe region or nearby areas. Neither municipalities nor private institutions in Mārupe region offer sports lessons for children under 4 years of age. As well as the statistics observed by the author, that an average of 480 children are born in Mārupe district every year. Contrary to the existing trend in the country, there is no decrease in the number of children born in Mārupe region. The author has concluded that the potential focus group of the project is 2000 children, where parents, contrary to their wishes, do not have the opportunity to provide their children with organized sports lessons to promote physical health and development. Limited liability company (LLC) will be established. 30 000EUR will be invested in the company's share capital. The company has two founders, one of whom is the author of this work. Each founder's participation in the share capital is 50%. For the needs of LLC "Vingrot prieks" and for the start of business, fixed assets will be purchased for the total value of 28 164EUR incl. VAT. Premises will be rented in Mārupe at Zemzaru street nr.3. A 157m2 spacious room will be available for the needs of the center. The cost of renting the premises will be 1 300EUR per month. An additional 7 850 EUR will be invested in the adaptation of the premises. To ensure the operation and service of the company, 4 employees will be hired, who will be full-time employees of the company: •A member of the board, who is also one of the founders of the company, whose duties will include planning, managing and organizing the company's daily operations, developing strategy, personnel management, implementation and monitoring of quality standards, as well as the company's marketing activities and market promotion; •Two administrators, whose responsibilities include the organization of the flow of visitors to the center, maintenance and creation of lesson notes, maintenance of order and cleanliness in the center's premises; •Lesson teacher who is responsible for the "baby school" lessons - developing the lesson plan and leading the lesson.
