Projekts: Uzņēmuma "ZLATANERA" dibināšana

Abstract

Projekta ideja ir dibināt riepu pārstrādes uzņēmumu, kas veiks kā riepu pieņemšanas pakalpojumus, tā arī pārstrādāto produktu realizāciju, piedāvājot gumiju drupatas fiziskām un juridiskām personām. Projekta izstrāde tika apkopota septiņās nodaļās: •uzņēmuma idejas aktualitātes novērtējums; •uzņēmuma dibināšanas un organizacionālo aspektu plāna izstrāde; •uzņēmuma nozares tendenču un likumdošanas analīze; •uzņēmuma produkcijas un servisa koncepcijas izveide; •uzņēmuma konkurētspējas novērtējums un mārketinga stratēģijas izstrāde; •uzņēmuma finanšu plāna prognozes sastādīšana un finansiālo rezultātu novērtējums; •uzņēmuma iespējamo risku novērtējums un risku vadības politikas izstrāde. Nolietoto riepu mehāniskās apstrādes rezultātā iegūtajai gumijas drupai ir daudz perspektīvas jomas turpmākai praktiskai pielietošanai, kas ar efektīvu mārketinga atbalsta organizēšanu un pārdošanas sistēmu nodrošinās tās ātru un ilgtspējīgu ieviešanu. Projekta ietvaros tiek analizēts uzņēmuma SIA “ZLATANERA” biznesa plāns, kas savu darbību veiks Pierīgas rajonā, kas ir balstīts uz to faktu, ka Rīgas rajons ir blīvi apdzīvots reģions ar lielu automašīnu skaitu. Uzņēmuma SIA “ZLATANERA” pamatkapitāls būs 75000 EUR, ko iemaksās īpašnieks, kā arī tiek plānots piesaistīt aizdevumus līdz pat 35000 EUR apmērā uz sešiem gadiem ar procentu likmi 6% gadā. SIA “ZLATANERA” veiks savu uzņēmējdarbību Ādažu rajonā, īrējot telpas, kuras tiks aprīkotas ar riepu apstrādei nepieciešamu aparatūru. Uzņēmums plāno iepirkt riepu pārstrādes aparatūru uzreiz, tiklīdz būs pieejams nepieciešams finansējums. Kā arī tiks veikts kosmētiskais remonts, lai padarīt rūpnīcu par patīkamo darba vietu. SIA “ZLATANERA” pārvaldīs valde, kura sastāvēs no valdes priekšsēdētāja un valdes locekļa. Lai uzsākt komercdarbību, uzņēmumam ir nepieciešami 9 darbinieki: •1 valdes priekšsēdētājs, kurš pildīs arī grāmatveža un mārketinga speciālista funkcijas; •1 valdes loceklis, kas pildīs arī galvenā tehnikas speciālista funkcijas; •6 rūpnīcas strādnieki; •1 autovadītājs. Balstoties uz atkritumu pārstrades attīstības tendenču analīzi autors konstatēja, ka nepārstrādāto izlietoto riepu skaits Latvijā turpinās augt. Līdz ar to tiek prognozēts, ka komercdarbības uzsākšana šajā nozarē ir pamatota un uzņēmumam būs liels potenciāls izaugsmes iespējam. Lai veiktu uzņēmējdarbību atkritumu pārstrādes nozarē, SIA “ZLATANERA” būtu nepieciešams atbilst kā vispārīgai likumdošanai, kas regulē komersanta darbību, tā arī specifiskai atkritumu pārstrādes nozares likumdošanai Latvijas un Eiropas līmenī, kas reglamentē atkritumu pārstrādes prasības. Kā arī uzņēmumam būs nepieciešams saņemt obligātas licences, lai veicinātu komercdarbību šajā nozarē.

The development of the project was summarized in seven chapters: •assessment of the relevance of the company's idea; •for establishment and organizational aspects of the company; •analysis of company industry trends and legislation; •creation of the company's production and service concept; •assessment of the company's competitiveness and development of a marketing strategy; •preparation of the company's financial plan forecast and financial results •evaluation; •assessment of possible company risks and development of risk management policy. Сrumb obtained as a result of the mechanical processing of used tires has many prospective areas for further practical application, which will ensure its rapid and sustainable implementation with the effective organization of marketing support and sales system. Within the framework of the project, the business plan of SIA "ZLATANERA" company, which will operate in Pierīga district, is analyzed, which is based on the fact that Riga district is a densely populated region with a large number of cars. The share capital of SIA "ZLATANERA" will be EUR 75,000, which will be contributed by the owner, and it is also planned to attract loans of up to EUR 35,000 for six years with an interest rate of 6% per year. SIA "ZLATANERA" will conduct its business in Adaži district, renting premises that will be equipped with equipment necessary for tire processing. The company plans to purchase the tire recycling equipment as soon as the necessary financing is available. Also cosmetic repairs will be carried out to make the factory a pleasant place to work. SIA "ZLATANERA" will be managed by the board, which will consist of the chairman of the board and a member of the board. To start commercial activity, the company needs 9 employees: •1 chairman of the board, who will also perform the functions of accountant and marketing specialist; •1 board member who will perform also main techniques specialist functions ; •6 factories workers ; •1 driver . Based on to waste recycling development trends analysis the author found that unprocessed used tire number of in Latvia continues to grow Up to that 's enough it is predicted that commercial activities initiation in this in the industry have got justified and to the company will be great potential growths perhaps . In order to conduct business in the waste processing industry, SIA "ZLATANERA" would need to comply with both general legislation that regulates the activities of the merchant, as well as specific legislation of the waste processing industry at the Latvian and European level, which regulates waste processing requirements. Also, the company will need to obtain mandatory licenses to promote commercial activity in this sector.
