Investīcijas projekts: Biomasas granulas ražošanas uzņēmuma izveide

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izstrādāt un novērtēt biznesa plānu jaunas uzņēmējdarbības izveidei – biomasas granulu ražošanas uzņēmumam. Uzņēmuma kopējais projekta budžets nepārsniegs 450 000 EUR, un atmaksas periods būs mazāk par 4 gadiem. Projekta idejas pamatā ir granulu ražošana no dažādām biomasām. Uzņēmuma komercdarbības izvēlēta forma ir SIA, nosaukums "MM Granulas". SIA “MM Granulas” tiks pieņemti darba 7 darbinieki. Prognozētais saražotas produkcijas apjoms būs 350-385 tonnas mēnesī, plānotājs uzņēmuma neto apgrozījums 90 000 – 100 000 EUR mēnesī. Uzņēmuma SIA “MM Granulas” atrašanas vieta būs Ziedoņu iela 5, Skaistkalne, Bauskas novads. Uzņēmumu dibinās 2 īpašnieki ar kopējo pamatkapitālu 450 000 EUR, iemaksājot daļas. 1 daļas nominālvērtība ir 1 000 EUR, kopā ir 450 daļas. Īpašnieka Nr.1 līdzdalība pamatkapitālā sastādīs 77.78%, viņš iemaksās 350 daļas kopējā vērtībā 350 000EUR. Īpašnieka Nr.2 līdzdalība pamatkapitālā būs 22.22%, viņš iemaksās 100 daļas ar kopējo vērtību 100 000 EUR. Pamatkapitāla daļas tiks apmaksātas ar naudas līdzekļiem un tiks izmantotas pamatlīdzekļu iegādei. Statistikas radītāji par koka izstrādājumu ražošanas nozari uzrāda pozitīvo tendenci: saražotas rūpniecības (kokskaidu granulas, briketes un tml.) produkcijas realizācijas apjomi 2021.gadā pieaug par 28% salīdzinājumā ar 2020.gadu, koksnes izstrādājumu imports pieauga 2021.gadā par 41%, nedaudz krities 2022.gadā – samazinājums par 14%, koksnes izstrādājumu eksports pieauga par 65% 2021.gadā un turpina pieaug 2022.gadā. Par nozares pozitīvas attīstības tendenci liecina arī strādājošo mēneša vidējas bruto samaksās pieaugums, vidējais pieaugums laika periodā no 2018. līdz 2022.gadam bija 9%. SIA “MM Granulas” plāno noslēgt līgumu par ENplus sertifikāciju, kas ir starptautiski atzīsts kvalitātes garants. Līdz ar to kokskaidu granulas tiks ražotas saskaņā ar ENplus prasībām. ENplus sertifikācijas shēmā ir noteiktas trīs granulu kvalitātes klases, kās balstās uz ISO 17225- 2 klasēm. Par cenas veidošanas stratēģiju darba autore izvēlējas ražota produkta izmaksu papildināšana ar peļņu, kur tiek aprēķinātas produkta ražošanas izmaksas, ieskaitot sadales, attīstības uz izpētes izmaksas un tiek pieskaitīts noteikts peļņas procents. Darba ietvaros autore izpētīja tirgus segmentāciju ar mērķi identificēt potenciālos klientus, kas varētu būt ieinteresēti "MM Granulas" produkcijā. Segmentācijas rezultātā tika izveidotas trīs galvenās klientu grupas, kas vislabāk atbilst "MM Granulas" uzņēmuma piedāvātajai produkcijai: •privātpersonas, pārsvara Latvijas iedzīvotāji, vecuma robežas no 32 līdz 70 gadiem ar vidējo, vai augsto ienākumu līmeni; •juridiskas personas (mazie), neto apgrozījums gadā līdz 200 000 EUR; •juridiskas personas (vidējie), neto apgrozījums gadā no 200 000 EUR līdz 1 000 000 EUR. The aim of the master's thesis is to develop and evaluate a business plan for the establishment of a biomass pellet production company. The total budget for the project will not exceed 450,000 EUR, and the payback period will be less than 4 years. The project idea is based on the production of pellets from various biomass sources. The chosen form of commercial activity for the company is an LLC, with the name "MM Granulas." The company "MM Granulas" will employ 7 employees. The projected production volume is estimated to be 350-385 tons per month, with a planned net turnover of 90,000 - 100,000 EUR per month. The location of the company, "MM Granulas," will be Ziedoņu iela 5, Skaistkalne, Bauska Municipality. The company will be founded by 2 owners with a total share capital of 450,000 EUR, contributed in the form of shares. The nominal value of each share is 1,000 EUR, and there are a total of 450 shares. The average gross monthly wages of employees also indicate a positive development trend in the industry, with an average increase of 9% from 2018 to 2022. SIA "MM Granulas" plans to enter into a contract for ENplus certification, which is an internationally recognized quality guarantee. Therefore, wood fiber pellets will be produced in accordance with ENplus requirements. The ENplus certification scheme defines three classes of pellet quality based on ISO 17225-2 classes. As for the pricing strategy, the author of the work chooses to supplement the production costs of the manufactured product with profit. This involves calculating the production costs of the product, including distribution, research and development costs, and adding a certain percentage of profit. Within the scope of the work, the author conducted market segmentation to identify potential customers who may be interested in "MM Granulas" products. As a result of segmentation, three main customer groups that best match the products offered by "MM Granulas": •private individuals, mostly Latvian residents, aged 32 to 70 with a medium or high income level; •small legal entities, with an annual net turnover of up to 200 000 EUR; •medium-sized legal entities, with an annual net turnover from 200 000 EUR to 1 000 000 EUR.
