Videi draudzīgas uzņēmējdarbības attīstība aprites ekonomikas kontekstā

Abstract

Maģistra darba “Videi draudzīgas uzņēmējdarbības attīstība aprites ekonomikas kontekstā” tiek pētīts videi draudzīgas uzņēmējdarbības mijiedarbības process starp valsts un pašvaldību sektoru, uzņēmējdarbības sektoru un izglītības sektoru. Par pamatu šim pētījumam kalpo pieņēmums, ka ir zināšanu trūkums par videi draudzīgu uzņēmējdarbību, aprites ekonomiku un inovācijām un to būtību, informācijas trūkums par aktualitātēm studiju nozarē, studiju kursi vai to pasniegšanas veids, kas neveicina domāt inovatīvi vai uzņēmējdarbības virzienā, kā arī sasaites punkta starp augstskolu un uzņēmējdarbības sektoru trūkums. Aizvien vairāk pieaug nepieciešamība ražot efektīvāk, kļūt ilgtspējīgākiem un pašpietiekamiem, tāpēc vides pārvaldības instrumentu nozīme kļūst arvien redzamāka uzņēmējdarbības un valsts sektorā. Ir paredzēts, ka izpētē balstītās rekomendācijas kalpos par pamatu tālākai iesaistīto pušu darbībai, lai veicinātu ne tikai valsts ekonomisko izaugsmi, bet arī spētu to darīt videi draudzīgā un aprites ekonomikas principos balstītā pieejā. Kopumā darbs sastāv no 5 nodaļām, 76 lpp, 9 attēliem un 4 tabulām. Tajā ir iekļautas atziņas no veiktajām intervijām, taču interviju kopsavilkumi ir pieejami atsevišķā dokumentā, lai pasargātu iestāžu un uzņēmumu pārstāvju datus. Maģistra darbā ir izmantotas šādas pētniecības metodes- intervēšana, induktīvā kontentanalīze, spēka lauka analīze, kā arī gadījuma izpētes.

The Master's thesis "Development of Environmentally Friendly Entrepreneurship in the Context of the Circular Economy" examines the process of interaction pro-environmental enterpreneurship between the state and local government sector, the business sector and the education sector. The basis for this study is the assumption that there is a lack of knowledge about green entrepreneurship, the circular economy and innovation and their nature, a lack of information about current developments in the study sector, study courses or the way they are taught that do not encourage innovative or entrepreneurial thinking, and a lack of a link between the university and the business sector. The need to produce more efficiently, to become more sustainable and self-sufficient is growing, and the importance of environmental management tools is becoming increasingly visible in the business and public sectors. It is envisaged that the recommendations based on the study will serve as a basis for further action by stakeholders to promote not only the economic growth of the country, but also to be able to do so in an environmentally friendly and circular economy based approach. In total, the thesis consists of 5 chapters, 76 pages, 9 figures and 4 tables. It includes the findings from the interviews conducted, but summaries of the interviews are available in a separate document to protect the data of the institutional and business representatives. The research methods used in the master thesis are literature review, interviewing, inductive content analysis, force field analysis and case studies.
